Taking NAC for OCD, anciety and depression - noticed some results
If you're trying NAC, you probably have your own reasons. I took it because some studies said it aids OCD, depression and anxiety. I've made big lifestyle changes recently, so I can't say for certain how helpful NAC has been in improving my mood, but I know for sure that I don't ruminate half as much as I used to before I started forming better habits and taking NAC. Does it work? The science is not conclusive yet, but I suspect it helped me somewhat. Give it a try if you're curious as it might help you.

Broken Seal
I've been ordering this for years but the last two bottles the seal has been broken and they've had a horrible smell I've not noticed before. I've got a refund and thrown them away.

I did not feel a significant increase in lung and liver function
I've been taking it for a 6 weeks now, and while I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, I also haven't experienced any negative side effects. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a plus, and I appreciate that it's vegan, soy-free, and gluten-free, catering to my dietary needs. The dosage is convenient. However, I'm not entirely convinced of its "most powerful" claim, as I haven't felt a significant boost to my lung or liver function. Perhaps more time is needed. So far I rate it 3 stars

I have previously purchased this product 4 times. Helps with keeping airways clear especially with colds and allergies. Recommend by primary care instead of musinex. It is amazing!

They work great. I take them everyday and they are easy and to swollen and no bad taste.

Took 1 capsule. Had terrible reaction; sharp stomach cramps, dizziness, sweating, feeling nauseated and faint. Will try to return full bottle minus one capsule. Not sure why my dermatologist told me to take this OTC pills. Why did you pick this product vs others?: doctors advice for Excema
