get the job done
The net at the nearest public court is about 2'8" in the center, and the tensioning mechanism has long since rusted into oblivion. These sticks let me turn it into a real court again. Also, they fit in my bag when they're broken down. Don't forget to put them back in your bag when you're done, or you'll be buying a second set of them like me.

Great design
These sticks fit perfectly in my tennis bag when disassembled, unlike some other singles sticks. They also have markings for how far from the singles line to place the sticks. They are everything I need. Update: Not very durable. The joints are secured by cheap plastic that a net can cause to break, which happened to me. They need to use a higher quality joint. Probably solid or at least thicker metal at the highest stress point, which is argualbly in the middle. Also, the base needs to be higher quality. A hole is wearing through the center of the cheap plastic base.
