Fleet Farm® Barley Straw Full Bale - 100x50x40cm - Feed Quality

This was a really good purchase and I was very happy with it. It arrived on time and in really good condition encased in cardboard which made it easy to handle. I used it on my allotment for beds for my plants. It was really clean and fresh and smelt wonderful. I would say that its excellent value for money and I would certainly order it again.

I’ve been buying this for a long time now for my rabbits bedding, I have 6 rabbits whom all love this straw, there was a time when I had to nip to a pet shop as I had forgot to place my order, oh dear it didn’t go down to well with a few of my bunnies in fact the one bun proceeded to evict the pet shop straw from her bedroom...I had to fill it with hay while I sent for this straw, their normal straw...it’s soft enough for their bedding which I pack from floor to ceiling in the winter in their bedrooms, they love to do their house work on change over day and make a tunnel in it to get cozy. They do sometimes eat it too even though they are provided with a good quality eating hay....little divas....a happy bun is a healthy bun. Needed a bale for the kennel we bought for a little feral cat who sleeps in our garden and he loves it! This is lovely quality barley straw, even the smell is gorgeous. The bale was delivered quickly and well boxed, I will purchase more in the future and can highly recommend this seller.

Bought this product because I'm fed up paying a fortune for Barley straw from aquatic pond shops who charge crazy prices for a tiny bag to place in your pond. Yes it's huge but well worth it. I bought a huge mesh bag to put the straw in which also accommodates my pond pump. The pump is surrounded by packed straw contained in the bag. This has cleaned my pond water to perfection. I can now see my Koi carp and gold fish and the bottom of my pond for the first time this year; from draining and cleaning it out in April!!!!

Excellent scent and flavour (these, gentle reader, are Amazon reviewer categories). Very tasty and filling, for when you have to lean into #austeritycore this winter. It also does a good job at protecting the veg beds from frost and snails, but the slugs still rule everywhere else.

I have a very spoiled lionhead rabbit who is outdoors. When i buy a full bale i am usually disappointed … not this time! This bale is so conveniently packaged. Easy to use and looks and feels great quality! Little to no dust too! Il 100% be back for more. Great purchase and worth the price for sure
