Updated review: When I first got this item I wrote the review below. I was not a happy camper. A few days later, I got an email from the company who sells these masks asking if they could send me a new one and explaining that Amazon handles all returns and are the ones who determine if an item is new and unused and can be resold. They apologized for the mixup and a few days after that I received a new mask. The mask was packaged very nicely. Everything was put together well. I tried the mask and it was very comfortable. I have tried the omnilux and shark masks and this one by far is the most comfortable. I appreciate the companies prompt response in trying to make it right. My skin definitely feels smoother after a few uses. I definitely recommend trying this mask! My original review: Box came already opened. Product had clearly been used. Eyewear was not in its case. Everything had been thrown haphazardly into the box. There was hair both on the product and the tape on the box. The photo of the item in the box is what I saw as soon as I opened the box for the first time. The instructions were ripped and taped to the top of the box. I can’t believe an items was sent out like this and was supposedly “brand new”.

I have to say, the Aphrona company has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I wrote an honest negative review, NOT about the product itself but on the eye protection if offered. They contacted me immediately and offered to correct the issue. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend their products as they do stand behind what they sell.
