Used all last year got great tan that lasted very good product

Received item 1 March started the following day so thought it's time for a review they have not made a difference to my tan. And in the small print on the packet it says food supplement dose not say anything about tanning apart from the pic on the front (BRONZE) don't waste your money

Right, was a bit unsure and after about 6 weeks of taking it I could see a difference (I could actually see a lovely tan starting) don't really get outside much to catch the sun, these are really helping me look more healthy maybe the vitamin E I don't know, but would buy them again, please don't expect overnight results! Would recommend highly

I have this product on subscription. It gives my skin that nice bronzed glow without much sun shine.

Bitterley disappointed!. NOT what I expected. Do none of the things that it claims to do. I have to be brutally honest as not being truthful would be leading people into false expectations!. Been taking them for over 8 weeks and no change in skin colour at all. They stipulate in or out of the sun. I recently came back from a holiday in Turkey. Brilliantly tanned. And am hoping by continuing taking these tablets they will preserve my deep golden tan it's now a waiting game hopefully I'll see one way or another!.

Have been taking these for 14 days now, in the UK winter (where there is no sun). I am fair, but will tan reasonable well if I put the effort in and avoid burning. I generally have a very mild colour on face,arms and legs year round anyway, presumably due to previous tanning. In that respect I am never ghostly white, so please take that into consideration. These are easy to swallow, and quite small. I have been taking the recommended 2 a day (not the high doses some seem to be taking if you read the reviews). They look odd as they are dark brown in colour. They definitely produce a glow, very mild bronze colour in my case. Definitely not the colour of a Greek God, but not bad. It is noticeably different from my normal colour. It is more noticeable in artificial light (a bit like a normal tan). I suspect if you already have a mild colour they enhance/add to it, and are therefore more effective than those that don’t tan at all (pure white/freckles etc). I haven’t had any side effects. Not sure how they would work with sun/UV exposure as well, since that isn’t possible at present. They are quite expensive overall. I am likely to continue them, at least through the winter, but am curious if they help to tan better in the presence of sun (will try and update on the summer).

I use these tablets about 1 week before I go on holiday and then every day in the evening once I am there. Since I have been taking them I have noticed that my tan stays a long time once I have returned home and so many compliments my tan since taking these tablets. I am naturally fair haired but my skin tans a lovely golden colour and I have noticed that I did not burn last holiday or peel. Always use SPF as these tablets do not have sun protection. Easy to take and for me, definitely noticeable golden tan
