Good value. Works well and easy to use. Safe in bedroom and is used for charger and other electronics. Well designed and easy to fit around the corner.

Works exactly how you'd expect, but try and buy in a sale as full price is slightly too expensive in my opinon. Feels very good quality and have had no issues so far.

I've been in the electronic industry for 40 years, and have always been a bit skeptical about these cheap Surge Protectors. Last night 6th September 2024 we had the worst Thunderstorm I've ever seen in the Gower/Wales. Lightning and Thunder for about 2-3 hours. Then we got struck very near by (230vac is supplied via Telegraph poles), our fuse box tripped and the house went into total darkness. In trying to rest the master RCD (Residual Current Device) breaker, it kept tripping. So after turning off all the breakers and back on again one by one, I isolated where the problem was. I eventually found it was this Extension Lead on my computer which has a "MOV" Surge Protector inside. MOVs are placed inside the surge protector to "absorb" any excess voltage and then act as a "shunt" resistor to divert the excess current to the ground. So when we got struck by lightning near by it dividend the excess voltage to ground and tripped the RCD in the fuse box and saved everything (Computers, printer, dishwasher, washing machine anything with electronics inside) ! Well apart from the Extension lead, which did its job. So, I need a new extension lead, definitely buy the same one again.
