Beware of the side effects...
I wish I had read more on the side effects of fenugreek supplements before buying this product. It may work well for others but for me it backfired. Fenugreek will pass through the breastmilk and it made my baby very gassy and bloated. It took me a week to realise the baby was a crying mess because of the pills and I arrived to that conclusion by discontinuing the pills for a few days and then going back on. As soon as I didn't take then baby was her own calm self again. Fenugreek also changed the colour of her stool to green. In the almost 2 weeks I took it I did not notice a significant increase in milk supply, if any at all...make sure to read up the pros and cons before taking this supplement.

Definitely works
Purchased for help with milk supply, it definitely helped! Dont expect gallons of milk though, but I went from pumping a few drops of milk to pumping half an ounce in just a few days.The capsules don't smell nice, and it does make me smell weird but I expected that after reading the other reviews! But practically they work and therefore if you can cope with smelling a bit on the weird side to increase your supply then they are totally worth it.

Milk supply increased
Fenugreek was recommended to me by a lactation consultant, so I tried this one and it actually worked after two weeks! My milk supply increased and now there is no need to take the supplements as the supply has been met by demand from my baby and I continued to make the right amounts, I stopped because I started getting blocked ducts due to over supply but cleared after about day and my breasts have re-adjusted to the amount my baby needs. Would recommend

Unfortunately, didn't work for me
Didn't work for me. Not sure if it was because my supply had already reduced to next to nothing. Also, when I did express while using using this, it was too tiny to be left over . Just about filled just below the teat hole and also I noticed the tiny milk did not keep well in the fridge.

Seems to increase milk supply
My midwife recommended them so I bought the fenugreek tablets to help increase my milk supply, and it really does seem to work. After 3/4 days of having 2-4 tablets a day I noticed sometimes within hours my breasts would be fuller. I would definitely recommend if your wanting to increase your milk supply, as well as regular feeding of course. Just to note, they make you smell of a curry but this subsided after a few days!

Great product, brought many times.
Really good product, does exactly what is says, have brought many times but... it does make me smell abit- my b.o smells like curry (I dont normally smell at all- so that was off putting but still works great!)

aimed to use this for breastfeeding supportI have been taking 6 capsules a dayfor a week now but have barely seen any increase in milk production

Bought to use for increasing breastmilk, not sure if they worked but baby seemed to be happy with the milk she was getting. Tablets easy to take without any horrible after taste in mouth.
