I purchase this product because I ever try "reserve" and it get me active.Definitely this product make me active with much lower price. Without this product, I use coffee to keep me stay awake at night (doing research).Taking 2 capsules will produce same result, I stay active at night.Only concern I have is 2 capsules also make me can't sleep.My brain feel tired but my Heartbeat rate remain high (super active :) ).So, it depends on your health condition, 1 capsule should fit for me.

I don’t trust this brand. The containers are never sealed.

My cousin raved about this ..so I got some ..sadly the next day I was put on meds and I cannot take it til have finished them but I will .judging from what my cousin says .. This really does make a difference .. She has been taking it for 2 years now and won't stop taking it .. Once my meds are sorted I will start and can't wait . Disappointed I can't take it now .my. Cousin in is in New Zealand and now her hubbie is on it and her sister ... months later; I am now on my third lot ...what a difference it has made to my life ....I don't care if it is all in my mind !!! But I really have noticed a tremendous difference in my life .I used to sit down to read and sleep for hours ..sometimes as much as four hours .. Now I can read and actually finish a book ! not tired at all and whizzing through my day . .. Brilliant stuff .

I perhaps have not used this product enough to tell of its benefits. But while on it, I truly felt good, healthier and younger. As with most supplements I may have to take it continuously for a considerable amount of time to get the most out of it.

Been using this product for a while now, not sure what I was expecting to happen, the only plus that I have noticed is that i have been free of colds, other than that i haven't noticed any benefits.

I have only been taking these for about 10 days, so not sure if this is in my head!, but I do feel that I have more energy and more 'get up and go'.Will have to see if this continues and what other benefits develop with extended use. I take one capsule a day.

A good price. There is a cheaper one here on Amazon but questionable quality. Difficult to know how to compare with others but seems fine. I used to get mine from the U.S. from Whole Health Foods but prices have come down here.

I took this Resveratrol product for almost 2 months. At the beginning I felt really good. I very clearly felt more energetic and slept better (and my hair stopped to fall), I was very excited about the product and spoke about it to many people. Unfortunately, after some time, around one month and a half, I started to have headaches. I stopped to take Resveratrol and the headaches stopped, then I restarted the Resveratrol and the headaches came back. I am very sad I cannot continue to take this product. I might try again in some weeks. This product has a strong "toxic" smell, I wonder how the supplier extract it from the plant.
