The chair is really comfortably and snug. Good quality and easy to put together. Im 5'6 and my feet sit comfortably on the floor but if I was a bit shorter i don't think my feet would reach.

This was my 2nd attempt to purchase an office chair like this via Amazon. The first one was a total disaster. Instructions difficult to follow. It took my neighbour almost 4 hours - then he gave up. Arms cannot be fitted correctly. Chair cannot be raised or lowered. No quality control I guess. Amazon were so helpful. So I ordered the SONGMICS chair - what a difference. Great quality, good value too. I certainly can recommend this chair. Thank you once again Amazon

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of this office chair because it is very easy to assemble, provides good support and decent functionalities/levers and settings to make you feel comfortable. The only slightly negative thing I can point out from using it for two months now is that since day 2 it keeps squeaking whenever I move it backwards or forwards and I am nowhere near the load limit, so maybe it is just how the chair has been made or the materials. But apart from that - it is very comfy and seems to be sturdy enough.

I was hesitant at buying an office chair, as I believe it's important to find one that suits your specific seating position, which can be difficult in a market full of generic chairs. After all who doesn't want to be reasonably comfy when sitting in an office chair for eight hours a day, like me!First impressions after lifting each part out of the box were positive. The overall quality seemed perfectly reasonable for the price point, bearing in mind this is not real leather.I put the chair together very easily, literally took 20 minutes on my own. Other reviews have stated the holes didn't line up correctly for screwing, however I never experienced this problem. Each part went together very easily using the supplied allen key and after a final screw tighten check all round the chair was ready to be used.After spending two full days using the chair at work, I can confirm it is very comfy to use and the ability to recline is a pleasure. The chair seat can be adjusted up and down and the chair back can be reclined or locked at a 90 degree angle.Overall the chair feels solid, it is silent, doesn't squeek or squeal and is comfy to use for a long day at work.

A nice colour and a good size - a medium/large build person can sit comfortably. Comprehensive instructions ensured it was easily assembled. It's not a high-quality product, so it is light with minimal padding, making it more suited to a domestic environment. The functionality left much to be desired as I could not get it to recline (not that I use this function) but, worst of all, the screw holes were misaligned causing the back of the chair (not the seat) to lean to one side.I couldn't be bothered to return it, as this would be the second chair that I'd be forced to assemble then dismantle for return. The seat is comfortable enough and level, and I'm using it in the privacy of my home so I'll just tolerate it. However, I am left feeling ripped off! At £122.99 real executive chairs of far superior quality are available from other UK business suppliers. I won't be making this mistake again!

I bought this SONGMICS Office Chair with High Back Large Seat and Tilt Function Executive Swivel Computer Chair PU Black OBG57BUK to replace a swivel chair that had worn out after years of service and was ready to collapse. This has a maximum load of 150kg which is higher than most others I'd looked at. It only arrived yesterday and already my wife and I both love it.It arrived in perfect condition. I checked all the parts and fittings and found a spare caster and extra screws and washers were included along with an Allen key which was the only tool required. It took me less than twenty minutes to assemble with a little bit of help from my wife who held the arms steady as I located the holes. All the threads were clean and everything aligned properly and tightened up perfectly. The raise, lower and tilt mechanism is smooth and easy to operate. The seat itself is wonderfully comfortable with really excellent lumbar support. The black PU leather has a leather like texture and looks like it will last well. There is nothing we dislike about this seat. Thank you.

I ordered this chair to replace my old faithful which although worn but was still mechanically soundFirst of this is not a bad chair for the price, comfort wise its alright the tilt is limited though.What let it down was it creaked when swiveled etc and the ram was leaking and did not hold and i was well under weight limit i may have been unlucky with this chair .so i gave it 3 stars.However i give the supplier 5 stars as they dealt with the return quickly and with no issues and sorted out the refund quickly .

If you are under maybe 5'4 you will be fine with this chair, its not poor quality, it does the job, the only notable issue would be that I have had mine for just over a month and its already very loudly squeaking when I move in it.If you are on the taller side (I am 6'1) this chair is awful, notably because of the arm rests. It does not give it justice in the photos but trying to sit comfortably with the arm rests barely coming over thigh level is impossible. I have had to buy arm rest cushions just to elevate it a bit so I can sit at all comfortable and even now I am likely going to donate the chair and buy a new one.Buy something else... It is not worth it.
