Had it just over a month, Water, tank, and plants. and fish love it, set up looks so much better. Found mine to be super easy to set up, check, and clean. Very quite motor only noise is from spay head if above water. Good Flow. Used to have an old Fluval 205, Ran both filters together for 2 weeks to cycle the new All Pond pump and water tests only ever got better after turning off old pump. Did have to put a bit of filter foam over the intake but only because my fish have now started to spawn. External piping and plastic feels a bit cheaper than big name brands but looks and works really well, the pump is really good quality build in my mind. Great purchase for those on a budget and love their fish.

Was thinking for a while of getting a canister as the OEM filter system on my Askoll tank didn't seem to be up to the job anymore and was getting expensive having to replace the filter sponges and carbon every month. Found a lot of the other makes very expensive. Then saw this one the 1000 ltr type. Easy setup loads of room in the baskets for filter media, and a good system for maintenance and cleaning, it's very quiet can hardly hear the pump when inside my tank stand and the water is crystal clear, after 24 hours tested the water and the readings were perfect would recommend this product if you are thinking of getting an affordable unit

Well honestly, I have read some of these reviews and absolutely amazed. I have had one of these operating a 4' tank with some koi for several months. Other reviewer issues. Pipes won't connect. Really?, try putting the end of the pipe/hose into boiling water for about a minute. Once supple push straight on to either the removable tap or u bend on either intake or out put. Filter has stopped working, really?. Remove the hoses with tap and u bends still attached, use a tube brush to push through the tubes to clean the algae and other sludge out of the hide. A good one will go round the U bend easily. This does not self prime!. Fill canister with de chlorinated water to just above the top basket level. Attache lid and switch on by plugging in. Then and only then push the priming button down as many times as is required to initiate flow. You can watch the flow through the pipe. The spray bar is a bit noisy so suggest not using this filter in a room where audio entertainment is active. I already have 2 of these and about to acquire a third. It's a damn good filter but learn how to use it and clean the hoses at least once every couple of months.

Very well made and value for money. Comes complete with everything needed to get started.

I only took possession of this filter yesterday but i set it up in the kitchen on my own (lady with a very bad shoulder) and very easy to set up it is too, although the instructions are less than helpful i just used common sense and it only took a few minutes. I primed it over the sink, i just wanted to make sure it was working and how much noise it makes. Well it works and i have to say it is really quiet. You do need to fill it with water before priming it although the useless instructions don't tell you this, depress the button a couple of times to get the water through then switch it on at the mains and off you go, cannot wait to set my tank up now. UPDATE, i set my tank up yesterday completely ready to be cycled and although i washed the gravel (ive decided you cannot wash it enough!)when i filled the tank it looked like a slurry pond with vile stuff floating all over the top (i was worried) no matter i set the pump away and in less than an hour the water was crystal clear i only wish i had taken a pic to show you how bad it was and what a transformation. The pipes that fit over the tank are so easy to fit together and fit snuggly over the side, i'm really impressed. UPDATE, whilst doing a 50% water change and not knowing that all the intake pipe had to be submerged ( so you cannot as i tried rig a hose to the outlet pipe straight outside with the pump doing the work, although maybe if you tape up all the joins this may well be possible and would make water changes a doddle)it stopped pumping and wouldn't work when i switched it back on, so i switched it off and rang all ponds solution getting through immediately and was sent a check list via e-mail, also immediately, on further checking i realised it was not working at all so i rang back and asked to speak with someone who may actually know how they work as opposed to the receptionist! I got a man and explained the situation and also added that i was very close to finishing cycling my 100 gallon tank and at my wits end. Without any quibble at all he arranged for a replacement to be sent via courier the very next day and told me to just keep the other one for spares. I even got a time when it would be delivered, that to me is great after-sales service.

Cette pompe (100l/h) est idéale pour des petits bacs jusqu'à 100 litres. Peu voire pas de bruit, je dors à quelques mètres et je n'entends pas la pompe. Mais pour faire le grognon, 2 points ont retenu mon attention. La longueur des pipes est super longue. Il faut donc procéder à la coupe. Surtout la crépine a des trous d'aspiration très gros. Si vous faites de la crevette ou du petit poisson pensez à mettre un collant ou un tissu fin autour.

Filtre externe acheté pour un aquarium ouvert d'une capacité de 100 litres, fonctionne correctement, le débit est suffisant pour bien brasser cette quantité d'eau, attention à bien remplir jusqu'aux supports des tuyaux fixés sur l'aquarium pour pouvoir facilement amorcer la pompe, également attention le "out" écrit sur la pompe correspond à la sortie d'eau de l'aquarium et le "in" à l'arrivée d'eau dans l'aquarium, pour finir le bruit est très raisonnable et ne ce remarque vraiment que la nuit.

Notre pompe était HS et après avoir lu les commentaires, nous avons choisit celle-ci. Elle fonctionne très bien, ne fait pas de bruit. Achat 100% satisfaisant !!

Très bien mais dur à amorcer la première fois. Entretien facile et rapide.
