Auto Tools DirectMaster Ball Joint Press Remover Installer Tool

Ordered this kit from UK, posted to France. Arrived in four days, and not expensive. The kit is comprehensive, and good quality, with properly hardened components that fit as they should. The only issue I have had is that the aftermarket balljoints that I was supplied by my mechanic are not the same dimensions as the OEM, specifically the flange that is used to press the joints in is 1mm smaller in diameter. This means that the cup in the kit does not press the joint in correctly, but rolls over. I must stress that this is NOT the fault of this kit. The cup in the kit fits perfectly on the OEM mercedes balljoints, and in fact if it was small enough to fit the aftermarket balljoints it would not fit the OEM balljoints, so this is purely an issue with buying out of specification aftermarket parts. I mentioning it only for info for prospective buyers. I worked around this by using the provided castellated socket to pull the joints in with the nut, which it did with ease, but next time will buy better quality parts.The number of fittings in the kit mean it is usable in a variety of other applications than those mentioned. It fits my tractor hubs, and our other car as well, so will get more use than I had thought.
