Ok...this is going to sound odd, I'll warn you now. My dog is getting older and she fell down the stairs from halfway a couple of weeks ago. She doesn't go on furniture but she likes to come upstairs to her night-time bed and, while she can still manage the stairs, I don't want to put her off. But neither do I want her falling all that way and breaking her neck.So I bought this to keep in the hall cupboard and, at night, I put it at the foot of the stairs. So far she's not fallen again - but I feel better for it being there.The pump inflates it really quickly but I must say - it's been about 10 days now and it's not as inflated as it once was. So it is slowly going down, somewhat.And just a minor niggle....I had the Winter Vomiting Bug the weekend it came and REALLY struggled with the smell of the plastic underside. It took about a week for the smell to subside so, if you don't like that kind of odour, would suggest you buy it a week or two before you need it and leave it in the spare room to "calm down".

You don't expect much at his price point but ordered three for my teenage son's sleep over and although they arrived in two separate deliveries, they were easy to inflate, kept their air till morning and were comfortable enough for the lightweight youths. Not sure how much a full grown adult would enjoy these slightly shorter than a normal single, blow up beds - but in a pinch - they are hard to fault.

Airbed arrived on time and was easy to inflate with electric pump supplied. The measurements shown on box are miss leading Length 72 x width 30 x depth 8.5 inches. The actual length is 70 inches width 29 inches and the depth is 7 inches. I was after a bed with 8.5 inches depth as I had another use in mind for it when not being used as an airbed. I do think manufacturers should put correct measurements on boxes. Cannot comment on durability as not had it long enough.

I've taken this on a 4 day camping trip two weeks ago (mid-september) in my Vango Halo 3 person tent. I weigh about 95kg.Superb. Pumped up in just a 20-30 seconds with included electric pump. Stayed inflated for my 3 night trip. It was very comfortable to sleep on, I did not need to put any bed lining on it, just used the velvety flocking already affixed on the bed. I used my Hi Gear Resolute 300 square Sleeping Bag as a full cover quilt (rather than as a sleeping bag, it can be used as both).Before this I was using a Vango sleeping mat but I wanted a bit more luxury, and while a little more heavier than a mat, the extra comfort is so much worth it. Thing is, even if you are a backpacker, this airbag is not really much bulkier than a self inflating sleeping mat. compresses to nearly same same size for carrying.My camping trip was in Brecon Beacons, Wales, temperatures were around 5 degrees at night. The velvety flocking covering was clearly effective as I did not feel cold from the bed's air convection. I was warm.For small tents, the airbed also served as a nice squatting seat, a bonus use.I will of course be using this more and will update on any niggles that arise in future but so far, this was a huge success and surprisingly inexpensive piece of tent furniture at just sixteen quid at time of purchase. Stunning value.

it has a tiny hall near the open when first used, which we did not notice, My friend slept on it and it was completely flat before the morning! I investigated the cause and found the hall, which was created perhaps due to the compressed crease which led the material worn off. I took the pictures and sent the seller as requested for investigation. Meanwhile, I repaired the area with a provided repair patch. The bed had no air leak after that. They offer the options of exchange the product or refund and I took the refund as we needed it for a couple of more nights. Bought this and a mattress topper to stay with my friend. Easy to inflate, firm and so comfortable. Very pleased with purchase. Will be useful for when extra guests stay.
