Arrived super quick!! Literally in hours. I was well impressed. These salts are so good, amazing lavender aroma, so soothing. I definitely recommend using these as a healing, relaxing method in a bath. Amazing price too for 4 bags.

Smell is absolutely amazing and I always feel like I feel the benefit of Dr Teals Epsom salts. Love all the different versions. They’re more expensive then I buy standard Epsom salts in bulk, but these are what a deem my “treat” Epsom salt lol!

I love these bath salts and rebuy regularly. They melt well so you don’t have sharp bits at the bottom of the bath. The smell is lovely, and once the bag is open the scent the bathroom too. Really relaxing, last ages.

I love Dr Teal's Epsom Salts which give me an effective way to soothe my sore muscles and promote relaxation after I have done a session or long run whilst marathon training. With a blend of pure magnesium sulfate and natural fragrances I have a rejuvenating bath and my bath in these salts supports muscle recovery and helps me feel refreshed and ready to tackle your next session or run.

A bit more expensive than the other aromas for some reason but nice for a treat. Usual Teal’s quality and a great, fresh scent.

Great, soothing smell.. Dissolves almost instantly in warm water. Did not leave behind any noticeable signs or feel of residue when feet were removed or foot-bath equipment was emptied (although still highly recommended you rinse both)..

Very good after exercise or sore muscles

I ordered the Dr Teal’s Soothe & Sleep Epsom Salt with lavender and it’s been wonderful for winding down at the end of a long day. The lavender scent is calming without being overpowering and really helps create a relaxing nighttime bath. The Epsom salt dissolves easily in warm water and is great for easing sore muscles and tension. I especially like using it in the evening because it helps signal to my body that it’s time to relax and get ready for sleep. It’s also been surprisingly helpful for nights when I’m struggling with insomnia — taking a warm bath with this before bed really helps me unwind. Overall, this is a simple but very effective bath soak that’s perfect for relaxation, muscle relief, and promoting better sleep. Definitely a staple in my evening routine.
