I need a poe adaptor to connect the outdoor mast from my isp to my router - will this do the job? my old one is 48v as i see this is and the 2 ports.

If your ISP's outdoor mast is a device needing 5, 9 or 12V, it'll do the job. You can switch between voltages on the power input end. The power output end has a 5.5x2.1mm female plug, so you may need to find a cable that goes between that and your device.Oh and the power supply is 48V/0.5A, so make sure your device's current draw isn't close to or over these maximums:12V: 2A9V: 2.66A5V: 4.8AIf you need more current, look elsewhere.

What format is the power output connector? I want to use it to power a Raspberry Pi so ideally need USB type output.

On the receiver box the connector is a female 5.5x2.1mm. It is supplied with a short cable with male 5.5x2.1mm connectors on both ends. I'm powering a Raspberry Pi with one utilising a female 5.5x2.1mm to micro usb cable I found for 99p on ebay. Search for "DC Power Supply 5.5x2.1mm Female to Micro USB 5 Pin Male Charging Cable Adapter".

What size is the DC female socket on this device?

I just bought one of this and wanted to convert the barrel DC jack to USB.
