Great for a bath, good for helping balance electrolyte levels through skin absorption. However, need to ingest appropriate electroyles in diet and drink. I like these, can add some essential oil drops to have a scented bath.

This is a solid, no-nonsense Epsom salt that does exactly what it should. I’ve been using it after evening workouts and it really helps me relax before bed. The lack of scent might not be for everyone, but I actually like being able to add my own essential oils if I want a bit of aromatherapy. The packaging is practical and easy to store, and the salt itself feels good quality. I would happily repurchase.

Really good product, the magnesium helps with joint pain and muscle aches. Great after a long day of being on your feet.

Brilliant to help with sleep. I use a cup in my bath after 5 pm and really noticed the difference with wanting to fall asleep and staying asleep. I find this brand works better than others.
