Excellent product, my watch crystal is as new!
Having been aware of Polywatch for some time, I never thought I'd need it, or at least not so soon!I purchased a brand-new Speedmaster pro (hesalite crystal) a couple of weeks back, and whilst I've been taking general care of it, I was forced to perform some maintenance work on my car, not thinking It'd be anything too strenuous, I decided not to take off my watch, which after finishing, had numerous nasty scratches on the face - this for me was heartbreaking, and took some of the shine off having a nice watch.I (reluctantly) bought some Polywatch after making sure I wans't going to damage the watch further, nor remove any special coatings, and with trepidation, set to polishing - I'm not going to lie, I was nervous as hell.I needn't have worried, about 30 seconds with the Polywatch and a glasses cleaning cloth, the scratches were removed effectively, followed by another going over to catch a few missed ones, and the crystal is like new!It also has the benefit of removing marks from polished stainless finishes - just be sure to do your homework before trying this on an expensive watch, or anything you'd hate to ruin - and don't get it on any printed or brushed surfaces - mask things off if you're concerned about it.

Worked to a degree
Purchased to try and remove some of the scratches in my Casio watch with a mixture of deep and light scratches. As reported by others, tube of product was very small, well packaged but sufficient amount of product to clean multiple watches. While it did not remove all the scratches, it did improve the overall look of the watch face, removing some of the lighter scratches and making the watch face look much better. For the price paid, happy with the results and would consider using again.

Excellent product that worked brilliantly.
Great product that worked better than expected. I own an expensive watch, which happens to have a "plastic" crystal (because that's how it used to be made when the first editions were produced in the 60's). Through my carelessness the crystal received several scratches, which eventually required the whole watch face 'glass' to be replaced at a very high cost. Again, I managed to scratch the glass with two parallel marks about 7mm long. I found this product on Sunday morning, ordered it and received it that evening. Great service. I applied a small amount of the cream to the glass and polished it by hand (with cotton pad) for about two minutes. An inspection of the glass revealed that about half of the scratches had disappeared. Only the deeper ends of the scratches remained.I applied more cream and polished twice again. Within about five minutes of receiving the product, the scratches on my watch glass had all but gone. Only under careful scrutiny would one be able to locate the remaining 1mm long scratches (the deepest part). I'm sure that further polishing will remove even those marks. Excellent product that worked brilliantly. I would strongly recommend this product for an inexpensive repair to acrylic/plastic watch crystals (glasses). Note, it will 'probably' not work on real glass because it works by dissolving the plastic around the scratches.

Add elbow grease
Does work but needs a lot of rubbing. Even more now Fitbit face is pretty old and more scratched!

Removing scratches on glasses / spectacles lenses
So you can use this to remove scratches on plastic glasses lenses (which is almost all of them these days) and it does give great results but be aware this is not a simple process. Do not attempt it unless you have a spare pair of glasses, a lot of patience and preferably a polishing tool with pads such as a Dremel. The problem is most plastic lenses have coatings on them to prevent scratches (I know ironic isn't it) and also provide other benefits such as preventing reflections and fogging up. These coatings are very hard to remove and will go instantly misty as soon as you start to use any polishing compound (such as this) on them. This means your glasses will be very quickly completely unusable and unfortunately it will take a lot of time and effort before they will be clear again.I personally attempted using the polyWatch on a spare pair of glasses on one side of one lens and after giving up trying to get the coating off by hand I eventually got out the Dremel and managed to get it crystal clear. However this lens is of course now without it's coatings on one side so isn't as resistive to reflections but thankfully it doesn't appear to have affected the prescription. So to summarise, yes you can, but it ain't easy!

Scratch removal macbook retina = succes
Whoever came here looking to fix their scratched up retina screen on their macbook, to me this was well worth the money! As you can see I first cleaned (degreased) and then polished the screen with a lot of succes. Most of the scratches you see, are in the anti-reflective layer applied to those very shiny retina screens, as those layers are not very scratch resistant. Bear in mind that you should wet the cloth you use to polish (which comes in the box). For me anyway, it was not working until I did and I was getting frustrated. Maybe it said so in the box but I already threw it out and didn't see it on the tube, so that's why I gave it a 4 in stead of 5 star rating. For a 15inch screen you can make due with about 3/4 of a tube but next time I will probably just use it all.For deeper scratches you might need a longer time and several times, so keep a little bit in the tube to be sure. I mostly had very light scratches so I am just assuming. If like me you found people saying: don't remove that layer as your already reflective screen will become like a mirror, they are right. But, a fairly cheap anti-glare screen protector actually does a better job at keeping sunlight from blinding you. And I actually love the frosted look some of those screen protectors out there have. Also, you kan just change protectors if your current one gets damaged. I bought mine also on amazon from KW mobile if I'm not mistaken.Hope this helped, good luck!
