Wondering does this product need so many additives

I do not know why it needs all these added ingredients, especially potato starch and titanium dioxide? But then I am not a scientist. I cannot fathom why titanium dioxide is added unless it makes the tablet whiter....but who cares what colour it is as long as it is free from nasties and of a convenient size for easy swallowing. The product requires an anti caking agent and a bulking agent and if its in capsule form then it needs added stuff for the capsule but check ingredients carefully when buying. There are plenty of magnesium tablets/ capsules on the market and choose one that suits you with as few other ingredients as possible. I try all sorts of different mag .tablets until I find one that suits. Some are much better than others.

Would recommend for leg cramps.

Great product, my husband is a driver and gets lots of leg cramps on a night for obvious reasons. He used to wake up with severe cramp every night for months. Started using these and he gets leg cramp occasionally now and not as severe. Has really helped him.

I was recommended magnesium to help with some issues I had with fatigue & sleeplessness. These have helped me, so I would recommend if you have a similar problem but as usual check with your dr. The price was very reasonable.
