Very good product. Sale price is ok but normal price is high for what it is.
This Keter Store It Out Ultra Outdoor Garden Storage Shed is fantastic! It’s spacious and sturdy, and I was able to fit four bikes comfortably inside with room to spare. The build feels solid, and the materials seem durable enough to withstand outdoor conditions. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though there was a minor hiccup: two of the pre-drilled holes were slightly misaligned, so I had to drill them in the correct position. It was a small inconvenience, but it didn’t take long to fix. Overall, I’m happy with this shed. It’s practical, roomy, and well-built, making it perfect for storing bikes, tools, and other outdoor equipment. I bought it on sale but normal price is high for what it is.

2nd one, other one is 10yrs old and still going
Great storage unit. This is my second one now, the other one is 10years old and still going. I bought this to replace an older wooden shed that dead this year. Reasonably easy to build on your own but I did need help when fitting the roof as it was too big to manoeuvre on my own. You can easily store wheelie bins in them but mine has garden equipment and BBQ in one. The other I've added shelving inside to hold boxes of item in it to make the most of the storage space

Good, but not up to usual Keter standard
I received the product on time and had no delivery damage problems that others have encountered. Working on my own with a manual screwdriver, it took about 2 hours to put together. The instructions were clear if you are used to following pictogram style assembly diagrams. The finished product is stable and waterproof. The hydraulics for raising and lowering the lid are excellent. In most respects the storage unit is doing what I wanted it for. So why only 4 stars? As noted by others, you can't get an adult bike in without turning the front wheel. I am very disappointed that the latch to keep the doors closed is so flimsy and because the sides can lean out a little at the front, the latch does not align fully to allow a padlock to be easily used. The "give" at the front also means one door will not stay open but swings closed on its own accord. There are also plugs provided to cover pre-drilled holes (that are not even required) and these fall out easily. None of these issues prevent me using the unit. It is also possible that I have made an error in assembly. But I followed the instructions to the letter and don't see any way of making adjustments to correct the problems I have. I have other Keter products and have never had problems with any of them before. So, I think this is not to the same standard as I expect from that manufacturer.

Better than I thought it would be
I had not heard of this brand but it was recommended by my son. Being a bit old school, I was reticent to spend over £300 on something made of plastic but could not find anything wooden that I liked, so took a chance and am actually glad I did. Yes it's made of plastic - some sort of resin apparently. The box it came in was huge and required 2 men to carry it from the van to my garden, so bear this in mind. I managed to open it and get it all out and once checked that nothing was missing, was able to assemble it myself in just over 3.5 hours. Everything apart from the back panel, appears to be thick double sided plastic resin. The back panel is a thin corrugated resin panel, but seems sturdy., particularly when slotted into the side panels and secured. I followed the instructions and put it together exactly as set out. It was actually much easier than I had expected. Holes seemed to be all in the right places. Due to somewhat limited mobility, the hardest thing for me was getting down to floor level to secure the floor and door hinges. The top lid is in 2 parts and when put together as one unit is actually very heavy, so I would recommend having some assistance when it comes to lifting it into place. The lid is held in place by hydraulic lifters, which work well and make it easy to open. Once fully assembled, the shed is solid and seems to be completely watertight, which given the weather recently, I was not expecting. It also looks quite good and the fact that it never needs painting or treating is a bonus. So all in all, I would recommend this brand and product, as it does seem well made, maintenance free and likely to last many years and therefore, decent value for money.

Perfect Storage Box
Do not be put off by some of the reviews that suggest the quality is poor and that it can be difficult to assemble - it is not. I came prepared with a hammer, screw driver, drill, electric screwdriver and Stanley knife - all I needed was a pair of reading glasses and the electric screwdriver. The instructions are easy to follow and most of the parts are labelled and idiot proof, in that they can be interchanged right to left or vice verse. The parts snapped together as suggested in the instructions and no drilling was required. The screws were OK quality and I managed not to strip any screw heads, even when screwing through the metal strengthening strips/brackets where there were no pilot holes. The only assistance that I needed was in putting on the roof when 2 people make it a lot easier. The claim that it can store 2 adult and 2 children’s bikes is a little generous and would be difficult to achieve easily and certainly would barely allow for a cigarette paper to be included. The box itself is sturdy, relatively lightweight for its size, appears weatherproof but would only delay a determined thief. My only issue was I finding a suitable wide padlock with a long shackle. I tried several without success until I came across the Amtech T1144 5-Digit Combination Padlock - see picture, which fits very well. As a storage box it is great and I would highly recommend it and I would get the same again if I needed more storage. For adult bike storage, I may look elsewhere.

Update after three years at end!
The 'Keter 2000 lt' represents a good buy depending on how much you pay. I bought mine for £250 when it was on sale. This happens quite a lot, so unless you're in a hurry, you may want to hold out for the bargain. Mine arrived as it should, the box intact, and no missing or broken pieces. The instruction manual is straightforward, but it's only pictures. There are online videos but Keter tinkers with the designs of these all the time so what you see on YouTube may not translate to your storage unit even though it's the same model. It's uncomplicated to put together, but you'll definitely need a battery-operated drill to get the screws in. It IS watertight even after a very heavy downpour of rain, although you may get a little dribble near where the doors meet. It's quite light, so you can drag it around a flat surface easily... but it probably will blow over in very strong winds! It's a good idea to secure this storage unit to the ground if you can. Once it's full of stuff, that problem mostly goes away. The two lever arms work well and are a safety Godsend so it can't slam shut and it will stay open while you're rummaging about. It's NOT secure. Any determined person will just kick in the back panel to nab your stuff. Locks are a deterrent only and shouldn't be used with confidence as a security feature. I would recommend this item. UPDATE JUNE 2024: The hinges and all metal parts have rusted through. I have replaced the door hinges with expensive plastic substitutes. Problem solved. But Keter do not offer replacements for the piston roof lid hinges. The ones that come with the box rust very quickly. They can't be found on eBay, either. I'll probably have to buy a new one just to get the spare parts I need. Anyway... oil, lubricate and grease all metal parts, or you'll end up in the situation that I'm in. The life span for these boxes is about two years unless you really take care of it.

As described, well worth the money
Early days, but I am very pleased with the product. Thankfully I chose to pay for installation, completed on delivery and all packaging taken away. The storage shed looks good, and is very spacious. The lid is easy to lift. I put several large outdoor cushions in, and checked the next day as we had heavy showers. It was completely dry inside. A very good choice.

Customer service does not answer
This is my second Keter storage box. Last one was a bit smaller but had the same locking mechanism. You have to click the plastic bolt into the retainer. The first one on the small box went together ok. This one, the retainer snapped the end off. I sent an email to Keter about it to get a new part. After three weeks I have heard nothing. I attempted to glue with epoxy. See photos. I don’t think it will last. Now I find that the hydraulic struts that holds the top lid open are leaking resulting in the lid not staying open. Sustained bumped head because of it. A piece of wood now holds it open. I am going to use this to store compressed wood logs for a wood burner. It was easy to assemble. You need to assemble it where you want it unless you have a couple of guys to help you. You can assemble it yourself until you need someone to help you put the doors and the top lid on. Disappointed in the product due to the problems because like my last box, it’s basically a good product.

Buen producto, gran capacidad
