Great
The 6x4 model is easy to construct. It was the first time we built a shed, and it was easy. The manual is really useful and clear. We took our time and it was done in 2.5 hours. A second person is needed to hold panels in place in case it's windy during construction and to exercise pressure on the other side when screwing the roof or window. The shed weights 26 kg, and is easy to push in place on a flat surface once fully assembled if you need to have it against a fence or wall. It doesn't look like a traditional shed, but it remains discrete. It may even look better than a traditional shed. And it should not fade like a traditional wood shed. It is also lighter than a traditional shed. If it's in a windy place, you may want to attach it to the ground (there are 4 holes in the floor to do that) depending on the weight of what is stored inside. The top beam also serves as a surprisingly efficient source of light inside during the day. In term of security, it's not as sturdy as a wood shed, and someone could relatively easily break into. So it's not recommended for front gardens. Price-wise, compared to a traditional wood shed, this is a no-brainer. No need to treat/paint it every few years or to replace the felt. No need to invest in expensive pressure-treated wood in hope to extend its life. ----- 3 years later, the shed is still in perfect condition, and we do not regret our purchase!

I Love These Sheds,,,
I was so impressed me with the 8x6 ft Keter Factor shed that I bought three years ago that I bought a second one this week; a 6x4 ft. And I am still impressed - with the quality, with the value for money and with the clarity of the assembly manual that comes with it. Although the manual recommends that two people assemble the shed, I assembled both without help and with no problems - and I'm in my late 70s. The larger shed took me eight hours to assemble, including disposing of the packaging. The second, smaller, one took me three and a quarter hours - probably helped with the learning that I got from assembling the first one. My advice, if you're considering buying one is: - make sure you construct a good, solid, base for the shed - I paid for a concrete base, which cost more than the shed! But with a plastic shed and a concrete base, it will last forever - certainly longer than me, at my age! - definitely use an electric scewdriver for the assembly - you'll regret it if you don't. - Don't underestimate the size of the packaging. If you get a `roadside dropoff'', this may require some serious trolleying and handling. I was lucky in that both shed deliveries were trolleyed to where I wanted to assemble the sheds. With Amazon, this will probably apply to you too. In the extreme, you can always open the carton at the roadside and carry the parts! Good luck.

Don't judge a shed by it's previous models' review!
Was hugely sceptical before buying a plastic shed, as reviews of the previous model of this Keter 6 x 4 were poor. However, reviews of most sheds in that price range, at that size were poor... irrespective of material (wood, metal, and plastic). This shed is clearly a revised design. Previous reviews on "difficult to assemble" do not apply here. It was a piece of cake to put up. Definitely needs two people (just to hold the first few panels and help when securing the roof), but we did the whole assembly in 1 hour 40 mins! The base comes in 1 piece, and the sides slot in nicely to that. All corners are secured by 3 big "Lego duplo" style plastic thumb screws. You get an extra one just in case. The door is probably the most challenging bit, and even then, it's hardly the Crystal Maze! Mumsie!!! The roof structure is very impressive. The main beam acts like a fleusecent tube light given it's colour and opacity, and the roof panels themself clearly drain water into a well designed and gap free hidden guttering system. Top marks! All in all, a great shed, just the right size, easy to assemble, a big (but good) delivery package, and inside it has some moulded struts for 3 full width shelves at the back (which you need to supply). Very pleased.

Looks smart and easy to build.
Delivery was first rate from Amazon, and then it was just getting the shed erected. The product was well packaged and protected and I had no missing parts or issues with the panels and the instructions to build were first rate. I had decided to place the shed at the end of my garden on a base made of patio slabs and 10 mm to dust and gravel for drainage etc. Take care over the levelling of the base for the shed to be stood on, it really needs to be level, another very important point is the shed is bigger than 6x4!, the 6x4 is the internal dimensions, take in the external size and the need to have some drainage and you need to make sure the base to stand on is large enough to accommodate . It took two people just under two hours to complete from unpacking to completion, and we had ever put up a shed before, so was not a difficult job to be honest. I have not anchored the shed to the slabs as it is quite full, a large kettle BBQ, garden tools, power tools, and some odds and ends. It hasn’t rained yet so can’t really give an update on how waterproof it is. It does look rather smart however I would be concerned about putting anything expensive in it, like a couple of good quality bikes, as it is not designed with security in mind, I still put a padlock on the door though!. Overall impression is that is a useful shed for tools, garden equipment, BBQ’s etc, I would buy again from Keter after this purchase.

Good little shed.
Arrived much quicker than estimated and very well packaged. All parts were labelled and packed individually. Everything seems well made. I found this shed very easy to assemble on my own including the roof that many reviewers said needs two people, I did not find this to be the case. Assembly took me two hours max. When you assemble the shed make sure you can move around the outside as the roofs main fixings are done from the outer edges. All seems sturdy enough and although the floor is good we have covered it with some plywood for extra strength for any heavier items. Security is basic as with any shed and after all the the door and it’s fixings are plastic. All in all we think it is a good little shed. One thing to remember is make sure it is placed on LEVEL GROUND THIS IS IMPORTANT.

636 reviews and I am still writing a review. Why? High quality product, hugely satisfied
Yes, this is a plastic shed, but the build quality is great. Don't believe the one star reviews. Very thoughtfully constructed. Many features which they really did not have to do, they have done to make it a quality shed. The main constructors are huge plastic screws which fit into place with 2-3 turns, and a bit of tightening with an anjustable spanner. Window a nice feature; wife says she is going to make curtains. Door has a little side door as well as the main door so that you can get large items in. Only thing which confused me is that the little side door has two bits which slide into the door top and bottom which I did not understand, until I realized that they fix the little door to the top and bottom of the door frame when extended so that both doors close securely. Construction is fiddly, but if you follow the instructions it will work. Takes two people. One reviewer recommended the following, which I highly recommend. Cut the shelves to size, put them in place, draw lines along the top, remove shelves, drill holes to the outside in the middle of the line drawn the the shelf support. Put the shelves back in place, go outside, and drill pilot holes for the screws into the shelves. I used flat head screws with those little collars which go around them to increase the contact area of the screw. I also put a glob of epoxy on the collars to seal the holes against rain. This gives the structure added stability as well as fixing the shelves. Hope this helps.

Check the delivery first
Its a nice and easy shed to assemble, functional and sturdy but, it didnt get assembled for a couple of weeks as many parts were damaged and the box was open and crushed, the courier wrote on the delivery note and took a picture of the box. I emailed Keter at the address on the instructions but after a week had not had a reply so I rang, I got hold of a chap and explained the situation, no problem he says and I gave him a list of the parts damaged. They were all in stock and were sent by DX courier. Now all the parts present the wife and my self quickly assembled the shed in a couple of hours without any fuss or drama, and we're still married !! Defiantly recommend this shed

Time will tell.
The shed arrived with all the relevant parts and although some of those parts were not numbered in accordance with the instructions, we eventually managed to figure it out and had it up in an afternoon. I had put some small paving stones down as a base and the following day I screwed the plastic base to those paving stones. Despite this I cannot say that I am entirely convinced that this shed will withstand some of the high winds we experience in the North East of England! Although the base is level and everything is screwed together as tightly as it can be, it is not as rigid as I expected and the door scrapes over the base to close. I hope my concerns are unfounded but I cannot go beyond 3 stars at this point in time.

OTTIMO ACQUISTO
Amazon number one!
