Very speedy delivery !!I bought this product as we have rats under the floor, am on the end house and its terraced so you know if one has a problem we all do !!... I want rid of these pests but don't want to use poison as people say the smell off a dead rat lingers for months.. I was so excited when it arrived and thought yes am going to win this war especially with peppermint oil as back up... They both seemed to work for a short while but am still hearing the odd gnawing but not much.. I did do a lot of reading up on how to get rid of rats and they say it's hard as they are very clever 😩

Worked for a year then although still flashing we have a mouse in our kitchen which just ran past it.

This had zero effect for me when I had mice in the house. Was really unimpressed.I've given mine away now and gone to the traditional method of mouse traps, which caught all the mice that were in the room that this ultrasonic device was in!

When you purchase the product, you receive an email containing PDFs that some may find useful. You also get a follow up email, in which the seller asks how you're getting on with the product. This is different to other companies and adds a personal touch to the buying process.The product does not work. I followed instructions to the letter and tried it for 4 weeks. This product made no difference to the mouse/rat problems. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Utterly utterly disappointed, I can't even say if it worked as it wouldn't even turn on! Arrived in an extremely cheap packet that looked like someone had returned it! I even tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and tried various sockets around my house, and nothing.. Broken before it even started. Absolute rubbish and on its way back to being returned less than an hour after receiving it! AVOID

Works well in open spaces (for example a specific room), seems that doesn't work well where there are walls that divide one room to another. I think that to have a good coverage is necessary to buy more of one (one for every room where there is presence of mices)

This unfortunately was a waste of money. I found a rat in my kitchen and wondered what I was going to do. So - trying to be as humane as possible I purchased two of these. Absolutley no affect whatsoever so have had to resort to traps..
