My son is learning about weight lifting in school and he decided he wanted his own weight bench so he was begging me to get it for him. I decided to get it so he could practice since he is learning the proper way to use weights . This weight bench is nice because it can fold up and be kept in closet out of the way and pulled out when he wants to use it. I might even use this myself as it even has hooks for foot area making sit-ups easier with this machine. It’s angle adjustable and can hold up to 600 pounds! sits easy to adjust with moveable pins and assembly was simple being mostly adding the pins and a few screws. The frame is solid steel and the seat very cushioned. I really like the resistance bands a great way for training and building some muscle. This bench is amazing with all the different positions it can change and move. Both my son and i love using it!

Had product for little over a month , I used it everyday and still seams to be in decent shape. Pretty sturdy , I'm 6'3 200 lbs and bench two dumb bells 55 each weight . So roughly about 310 lbs on bench .. only thing when it inclines I did notice the fabric shift , it didn't rip but figured I point this out .

The instructions for assembly didn't match the tools they sent. But I quickly figured out that the five d10*60 plugs they sent (instead of the three of those and one each d8*40 and d10*42 they said were included) work well and where the bolt that required the Allen wrench that wasn't listed at all in the instructions goes. I assembled it yesterday and used it today and it felt just as sturdy as the equipment I used to use at the gym. Overall I would recommend this product to people looking to build a home gym!

I bought this workout bench because quarantine made me gain weight. It is super easy to assemble because most of it is already folded up in one piece in the box it came in. All you needed to do was to screw in some nuts and put in the foam pieces. The whole assembly time took less than 20 minutes with one person. The seats and back rest are soft but firm enough so exercising for long periods of time will not be uncomfortable because of the bench. Being able to adjust the bench in seven different positions also is very helpful for all kinds of exercises and workouts. Adjusting the bench is also super easy, all you need to do is pull out a pin, adjust to your preferred height and stick the pin back through the holes. You do not have to worry about it not being able to hold your weight because it is still super sturdy. It is perfect for those who do not have a lot of space in their homes because when you are done with it, you can fold it up like a lawn chair and place it in a closet or some other place. Overall a very good buy for the price.

Does the trick but it feels loose. I get a bit worried when I do a sit up on it but it works.

Okay let start off with the price. Its under a hunderd bucks. So if your looking to reach a PR of 405 on a bench press. I would say look for somthing else. The reason is it is a little flimsy, but it will get the job done. I only bench dumbells. So far a max of 80lb dumbells each and I weight aprox 215 on a good day. So with that much weight at the incline flat and delcine. I can proudley say it feels safe. The padding is very thick. So the comfert is a 5star. It breaks down to a nice size. And when its fully open. Its perfect for a bedroom gym or even a balcony appartment gym. So again if your only looking for something to get a good pump with. Or your just starting out I would say this is a good bench.

I live in a small town and our gym went under during the whole Covid crisis. The nearest one is 45 minutes away now and with four kids, I can't find enough time to go multiple days each week. So, I bought this weight bench for my husband and I to share.We have both been using it a few times a week, trying to get ourselves back to our pre Covid shape. The bench is easy to use and very simple to adjust. The leather is soft and comfortable. The foot area has multiple size adjustments for people of all sizes. I especially like that there are 7 different adjustments for the backrest. Makes it very easy to use different muscle groups while using the same weights.

The bench was missing a pad for the leg. The manufacturer did not respond to email and there was no phone number. Amazon did help either. I don't know why they didn't respond. Other than the missing pad the bench is fairly stable, but adjusting the incline is not the easiest. It was not expensive.

Not very sturdy, shakes while in use. But ok to use.
