Migraine prevention
Love this supplement. No nausea & easy to swallow (smaller than nutrafol hair vitamins). Purchased per my MD for migraine prevention and since starting this & magnesium I have had zero migraines (was having 3/week). The first week the energy boost was amazing, that has evened out. The bottle says not to take within 5 hours of bedtime and I can attest that is true, I had a hard time falling asleep when I took late one day. I will continue to purchase.

Good for people with food sensitivities, complete B complex
I've been taking this along with Co-Q10 and D3 w/ K2. I have more energy lately and feel better in general. I like the ingredients here and the fact that it's safe for people with food sensitivities. It's a proven brand. I don't take the whole dose every day as I feel it's a bit high, but it's easy enough to open the capsule and take a portion of the capsule. As for cost, it's alright considering the dose and quality.

This stuff worked
Felt like it literally woke my dead brain up! Lol And from my research it's a pretty clean option. Didn't taste horrible or anything and I didn't seem to have any bad side effects like nausea or anything!

Quality B complex.
Oops, started this for another product because I have fat thumbs. Ok, this is a quality B complex vitamin. I have since switched over to Designs for Health as it’s my doctor’s preferred brand, but this is a solid product

Very Strong! But works!
This stuff is what I imagine Adderall feels like if it actually gave me energy instead of making me tired like most ADHD meds do. I will say, my B levels in my blood were veryyy high, I HIGHLY recommend taking 1/4th or even an 1/8th of these capsules. That’s what i had to do to get my blood levels even close to what the recommended B vitamin levels are. I recommended these to friends and family and only one person takes a 1/2 as they’re on medication that directly affects their b12/folate levels. And do take after eating! If you feel like you’re peeing way too often then you’re probably taking too much. Love these so much though, if you save the powder you can make a bottle stretch out for months! Thank you seeking health again for being so amazing
