Great camera, but SDXC cards over 32GB cannot be read from external card reader
The camera is a good upgrade to my SJ6000. I have it mounted to my helmet when I ride on the motorcycle. Videos are clear and the driving mode is key. They driving mode basically starts recording as soon as it turns on. Pretty helpful if I forget to turn it on before I get on my bike. Remote is really cool too. I can snap photos with a click of the button on the remote.Only issue I have with this camera is that it kinda supports 64GB SD cards. What I mean by that is that it can use 64GB cards to store the videos, but it formats the 64GB SD card as FAT32. Well FAT32 can only go up to 32GB so when I try to put the 64GB SDXC card into a USB 3.0 SDXC card reader attached to my laptop it won't read it. The laptop complains that the card is not formatted. So the only way to read the data on the card is by connecting the camera itself to the laptop but because the USB interface on the camera is USB 2.0 transfer rate of 4K quality video takes much longer. Using a 32GB card works fine.Other than that, the camera is great for the price.

Lot of good reviews, just to get something for free. Lol
The reason this camera is getting good reviews, is do to the fact that they are giving you something free for a good review. It says it's 16mp for stills, but it's not. Per two different software programs it's 4 or less mp. The one I just got would not format a new micro SD card. I had to do that on my PC. Plus it would not hold the card in. They are sending me a new one. We'll see how the new one works.Ok, I go the second one. Did not have the same issue with the SD card. But photos are just as bad. I've uploaded two photot's one using the JEEKMAK, that is advertised to do 16MP pictures. One from my cheap ZTE phone with 12MP camera. You be the judge. Also could not get ether to stay connected to my phone using WiFi.I am sending both back for a refund!

As long as you use it in bright, still areas...
I got this as a camera for road cycling. I tested it out in the afternoon, about 30 minutes before sunset and went on an hour and a half ride. I was super excited to check the footage when I got home, but that was short lived. Anything in a shadow, or of a dark enough color appears "off." Not really sure how to explain it, just a void in the picture. When I got to the night part of the footage it wouldn't even show streetlights.I tested it again in bright daylight and the picture quality was better, but the camera still wouldn't pick up anything in the slightest shadow... I emailed their support to see if I got a faulty unit, but they haven't responded.

great camera for what it is
Let me start by saying i ordered this expecting to get something that could take pictures with a remote ... I didn't expect something that would take great video at high resolution or preform well in low light things like that come with a bigger price tag... what i expected was something that would suit my purposes as a camera that could be used to take fishing pictures on a 1 man boat... and maybe a video here or there using slowmo ... while i haven't tried slow-motion video with this yet I'll just say it doesn't preform well in low light images get grainy and it doesn't appear to be 16mp when compared to my 16mp cell phone camera and there's a constant slight blurriness with the camera especially in low light situations but that was what i expected with a budget camera so I guess what it comes down to is "am I disappointed with the purchase?"..... no i'm not ... I mean of course if the camera fails i will be but that hasn't happened yet ... so far so good .... would i recommend this camera to someone else... well.. if it fit their needs and it proves to be reliable i would but time will tell ....at this point i'm happy with my purchase of this camera and look forward to putting it to good use.

Great functionality for the price.
Loving this camera. It has exceeded my expectations for the price. Having lots of fun shooting video of my kayaking trips. Easy to use. Plenty of battery life, even without the spare. Note, the "wifi" feature using a phone to interface with the camera cuts the battery life substantially, to about a third of normal use.

Here we go again!
This product is used, helmet mounts missing and accessories packages havebeen open. Instructions are very poor, a few pages of tiny print, that's not easy to understand.. Attempting to charge it up, will know more about its performance tomorrow.Really tired of disappointing our grandchildren. Looking for a "new" Amazon to buy our products from.We charged this camera up and it did charge up!!! We are able to get some idea of how to use it by using a magnifying glass to read the itty bitty 2 page instructions? It is are more of an outline, rather than detailed use. we did learn there is an app to use with it. So onward and upwards???? I want the new camera we paid for!!!!! Not used!!!

A True Gem Of A Camera
Tis a shame you do not have 10 Stars.Every so often one runs across a product that Works!!!. This Puppy Works and works Very Very Well. You would expect for $ 45.00 something that would run for a couple days, I have had this experience before. This Camera has been tested in the Tacoma, Outdoors, In the house, Upside down and everything but inside out. and it WORKS!!!!.I will test stuff to the extreme and not only does it work but if you slap a charger cord on it with battery installed and a 64GB Card it will run 5-6 Hours, Now the Instructions say 32 Card and I assume that that is just for Battery power.Mount this on a GoPro Beanbag mount, sit it on the dash and you have a trip recorded.Only drawback is the Micro Cards, I hate Micro cards!!Did I mention. This Camera WORKS!!!!!!

Came with a small bug but still impressed
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Really impressed for a camera that's under $100.The quality and audio is fairly decent. I appreciate the fact it came with so many equipments and especially the waterproof box as I'm a person who like to go deep in the sea if you know what I mean. The only problem I got (and it seems some customers online experienced something similar) was that the camera filmed upside down. I don't know if there's a fix for it or not but frankly I don't care because I just flip it and start as filming straight. The camera is a small rectangle and both sides are the same without any bumps so it doesn't really bother me

Nice little camera package
This package arrived today, after finding a $20 off coupon I just had to give it a shot. Came with two batteries (must be charged in the camera, so charge before you leave on your adventures!), a waterproof housing, remote, and a bunch of things I have yet to open and figure out the use for. Luckily for me, they provide great little visual instructions for what each part will do when combined with the others. I actually gave an extra star just for this set of instructions! navigating the menus is very easy, you pick it up almost instantly. Photo quality is very good, I have no complaints so far, although I have yet to use it in action mode. White water rafting trip in August will be the big test, although I will give it some test runs on my bike before too long. If I had one concern, and I really only have one, it is that the battery compartment is a bit tough to open and my guess is that the latching area will not last for too long. Not a huge concern if it will be in the waterproof housing most of its life, and the battery seems to positively lock in place so it shouldn't want to jostle loose on you. Overall, without using it in action, so far I am extremely happy with this package!

Great little camera
The camera arrived early and intact. There is a nice supply of mounting hardware along with a really well built water-proof case. The settings were very easy to follow and I had the camera up with the right time, date, video details etc. within minutes. The remote and the inclusion of two batteries is a real boon.I want to use this camera strapped to my chest while I fish and the remote is going to make it possible. Having twice the recording time is a real bonus as well. Overall very happy with all aspects of the camera. I find the battery compartment a bit tough to remove but at least it isn't going to fall off. I would certainly recommend this camera and seller.

Excellent product!
I have used this Jeemak camera several times while doing various activities! Very happy with it! Comes with everything you need, aside from a head or chest strap, tripod, or MicroSD card. But it doesn't claim to come with those things, and they're relatively inexpensive on Amazon, so that's fine. Have taken it on bike rides, walking around my neighbourhood watching road construction, and rowing! Ended up ordering more compatible batteries on Amazon. Not a knock on the camera or batteries. Extra batteries are just nice to have! Each battery seems to last 1 to 1 1/2 hours, *except* when connected to my phone and tablet over WiFi. Having it on WiFi mode seems to drain the battery pretty quickly in under an hour or so. Camera gets pretty hot in WiFi mode as well.Only complaint really is that the battery cover should be designed better. You can use fingernails, but I use a small knife to carefully take off the battery cover. Easy to snap back into place. On that note, one time the battery cover somehow went flying when I was removing it. Eventually found it. But I realized that without the battery cover, the camera quickly becomes useless. So I contacted Jeemak. Supposedly they're sending me more battery covers. :)

English section of manual was poorly written - bad grammar, unclear & hard to understand
1. Firmware in camera is dated 20170725. Almost a year old. No new updates? No improvements? Abandoned?2. English section of manual was poorly written - bad grammar, unclear & hard to understand.3. On screen display uses poor English, for example, instead of saying an option is "OFF" or "DISABLED", it says "Closed".4. Color balance correction - no built-in feature to correct for underwater recordings. No recommendation on how to correct for images being too blue and green.5. Built-in screen display is made of soft plastic - scratches easily. Don't store camera with metal objects which may scratch the display surface.6. Included remote turns on video recording in the default mode only. Even though the camera was previously set to slo-mo.7. Creation dates on the files do not match time stamps recorded in the video frames?8. Large video recordings (>2GB?) corrupted?
