Update replacement received
Received this product today see photos. The upper panel is not level and you can see what other issues there are. The box it came in looked like it was retaped a lot and had a bunch of rips and tear, couldn't save the box, the foam inside were damaged as well. Looks like this been used. I own the Vevor 15 x12 , 15 x15, the Hat press and all came in excellent condition. I will be requesting a replacement but I have to order a new shipping box to replace the damage torn up one received so disappointing. Will update my review if the replacement comes undamaged like this one.Received my replacement today 12-21-2022, well another disappointment, top cover right corner badly damage see last 2 photos, sending it back for a refund due to both heat presses received were damaged, I'll just stick to my Vevor 15x15 and 15 x 12 heat presses for now.

Amazing
Having this heat press now makes me mad that I didn’t have this one from the start. It heats up quick and works great. I have only had it two months but so far so good.

Damaged on corner, still works good though
Heat press was damaged, probably from the manufacture. The box was in good shape. Contacted Amazon for a partial refund as it definitely seems to be a manufacture issue and it still works.

JUNK!
I had this heat press only 6 weeks & the transformer almost caught on fire. The black box in the back where the wires are sparked & started smoking.....now it does not work & is not returnable. That was $400 throwed in the trash!!!! I am very upset & aggravated!

Took 30 minutes to get to 400!
The press took about 30 minutes to get to 409 degrees. Then it shut off. Turned backed on and it shut off. Returned press. It was received to them on the 9th. Today is the 18th and no refund.

Do not buy
First the top cover had permanent creases which didn’t allow shirts to press properly.Then it stopped working. I only had the press a week.Third the customer service is sub-par. They offered me the replacement part free of charge. Lucky me. Then they offered me a $100 refund to get it fixed locally. They will not allow me to return this defective equipment. Now it’s just a expensive heavy paper weight.
