Really good adjustable spanners
I'm impressed with what are relatively cheap adjustable spanners. I have a couple of older adjustables that always seem to let the jaw open a bit when you start to apply pressure, but these have so far been really good. They have a very positive feel when using the adjusting screw - no tight spots or friction points but a fairly smooth action. They also seem pretty good at retaining the correct opening when put under pressure. So I can recommend them - good value for money and I keep one in the house for the niggly jobs. Otherwise I use them for lots of DIY - but not on my motorbikes where i use more professional sockets etc. But great for everyday bits in the yard etc.

Much better than you'd expect for the price
These are relatively inexpensive (£20 for 3 at the time of writing), compared to the high end tool brands like Bahco, Knipex etc, you'd easily pay double, triple that price, but the quality is right up there in my experienceI struggled with some very cheap adjustables for a few years doing DIY plumbing and often found they would slip due to play in the mechanism or the adjustment was very stiff or didn't hold properlyThese are absolutely steadfast holding in the set position, but also easy to adjust with one fingerVery impressed especially for the affordable price

Very good for the price
The three tools are very nice quality and will last a lifetime. Yes, as others have said, there are better to be had; adjustable wrenches that give a silky adjustment and no 'wiggle' once set, but at more than 2 or 3 times the cost. The Draper set are perfectly serviceable and are very robust. I am quite happy to use them on my motorcycles, and I LOVE my motorcycles!The kind of nuts and bolts on which these would be appropriate don't need the extremely high-precision (high cost) tools that I could have bought. For those that do need higher precision and more care I use sockets ratchets and a torque-wrench (i.e. tools that are appropriate for the job). For less critical fasteners (and mainly for loosening), these are perfect.

Useful Tools
I was very pleased to receive these wrenches as my adjustable had disappeared in very mysterious circumstances and I needed to change a tap washer. The wrenches are well made with soft handles which aid grip. They arrived very promptly in an evening delivery by courier. Excellent service for an excellent product.

Draper 88598 3-Piece Soft-Grip Adjustable Wrench Set These are ideal for the occasional user, the sort of thing you may not need often but just the indispensable thing when you do.They are very well made and sturdy, with very comfortable handles, I expect them to last for many years A slight amount of play in the jaws but I have never seen an adjustable spanner that didn't have this, nothing I would expect to be troublesome.. Great buy at a great price.

Used for plumbing and did the job well as for anything a little heavier I don't know but I am pleased.

I haven't used these too much but when I have used them (mainly on my car) they have done everything I asked of them.. They have a nice feel while in your hand and aren't too bulky so for the price I would recommend as an add on to any tool box
