Hormann Bisecur HSE 2 BS Hand Transmitter Remote Control

Arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The enclosed instructions were a bit fiddly and didnt work for me. However a quick look on youtube and i was able to program the fob using the garage door unit itself. Much easier and foolproof to set up. Worked perfectly after that. The unit feels pretty strong whereas our original fon was cheap plastic which broke when my keys were accidentally dropped. This one feels like it should last longer.

A little more expensive than some, but it is well made and works well. Easy enough to pair with the Horman, garage door opener.

These remote controls are not cheap, and very prone to damage. Once you've worked out which model you need, it's easy to order. Product is a bit overpriced for it's quality, but that's what you have to pay unless you want to spend hours looking for an alternative. My new one is no longer attached to my keyring, so won't be damaged so easily in my pocket of by falling to the ground - keep it in the car for less damage!

Very easy to pair with my existing Garador remote with the supplied instructions. The remote seems very sturdy and well made, a bit pricey but overall very happy with the product.

Had the first first for 6 years. It has worked well all the time even after dropping it several times and holding it together with cable ties. I decided to get a replacement before the badly broken one gave up the ghost and I could not program the replacement from it. Replacement received and programmed to work. I wish the body was made stronger so old fumble fingered people like me did not have to worry about dropping them.!!!!

I have been un-able to program it. For some reason, unknown to me, the signal couldn't be read by the new controller from the one that is currently working, although I followed the instructions carefully. I had no problems with one I bought last year from the same supplier. I'm not sure at the moment how to solve this. The battery was new and it should have worked - but it didn't.

This item was at a good price and was easy to programme. It was delivered promptly. I would recommend the product and supplier.
