I made a mistake - I'm new to screen printing and I didn't read the label on the bottle or on the emulsion (speedball). Basically here's what you do --1. Fill the bottle with cold water about 3/4 full.2. shake it up3. add the contents to your emulsion4. stir it, stir it -- it will make the blue liquid turn green (activating it).Sorry if I misinformed anyone, made the company lose some sales. Beginners mistake .Zak

It works and it’s not empty, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
These reviewers need to take a break from eating their bag of lead chips. Yes it looks empty, it says ON THE BOTTLE that it is indeed not empty, and gives clear instructions for use. Product works great when added to Diazo emulsion, 10/10 for what it is. Dont be like the other idiots, read and follow instructions and everything will be ok :)
