Will this be unpleasant for my cat, they hate citrus I want to rid the smell but not make my cat unhappy

I hate citrus scents like your cat, and it doesn’t have any citrus scent at all. It uses orange flower extract, not the fruit, which gives a floral scent rather than citrus. It’s not a strong smelling candle at all, but really does the odour-neutralising job.

I want this for the room the cat litter tray is in. Just want to light it once a day after tray emptied when odour is worse for a while

I don’t see why it shouldn’t help. It is certainly effective in the kitchen. Might your cat litter be a problem? I use catsan and don’t have a problem with any odour.
