Leesa Premium Foam Mattress, Made in the UK (UK King) - Grey

I'm so disappointed with this mattress I wish I could leave 1 star. I decided to take a chance on this mattress as all of Leesa's marketing advertises a 100 night sleep trial. Having had the mattress for a couple of months now both my wife and I have found the mattress to be extremely uncomfortable and are waking up with back pain every morning. Neither if us are overweight or in bad health and in our 30s and 40s. Turning over on this mattress also feels like an effort, its far too soft.Having just contacted Leesa to arrange a return I've been advised that they don't handle returns by Amazon and I'm now outside of Amazon's return window which would have only accepted an unopened or defective return anyway. So I'm now out of pocket £600, money I didn't have to waste, for a mattress that we can't sleep on.Why if Lessa offer the trial does it not apply to mattress sold via Amazon, are Amazon not a reputable retailer? I can't be the first person to fall foul of this.

The best thing about this mattress is that I never think about it - I used to wake up with all sorts of back aches and pains and they all just disappeared when we got this!We've had it about 3 months now and very happy with it so far :)

this mattress is by far the best I’ve ever had! So comfortable it’s out of this world. I had been sleeping quite badly before I got it, waking up several times during the night and struggling to get back to sleep. But I’ve had this for weeks now and have not woken once during the night which has been an absolute game changer for me. It’s unbelievably comfortable - no aches and pains at all after a few weeks of sleeping on it. Can’t rave about it enough! I know a few other people who bought it said in their reviews that they smelt a chemical smell but as soon as it had been out the bag for a couple hours to unfurl properly that went and we haven’t noticed it at all. My husband and I both love it. If you’re debating what mattress to get - get this one!

This was supposed to be a replacement mattress for my elderly mother's electric bed which was recommended by her district nurse. When the mattress had been unrolled & had settled for 24 hours on the bed my mother tried to get the on the bed but found the mattress was too high & it slid all over the base of her bed. After several webchats with Amazon I was asked to arrange for my mother to return the mattress. This was not possible as my mother is 85 & not in very good health. So in the end myself & my son had to go over to my mother's (3rd July) & wrap up the mattress ourselves which we did safely, (washing hands obviously) taking our own supplies, wearing masks & wiping down everything we accidentally touched. I also had to arrange & pay for a courier collection. This is now being refunded. So all in all not a good experience & not the mattress my mother was hoping for

Mattress arrived next day after order. Good delivery. Unwrapped and waited an hour for the foam to expand. No smell from mattress. Mattress expanded thicker in the middle and thinner at each edge. Lying on the mattress feels like youre going to roll off the bed on to the floor. Very hard to sleep with that feeling. I have to sleep diagonally across the bed to be able to sleep. Good job I sleep alone. My daughter tried it as I thought its maybe my imagination but she said the same thing. Over 2 weeks now and not any better. I dont recommend this mattress. Looks nice but performs badly. Buyer beware

I had to change my original mattress as it was so heavy it was difficult to 'turn it' on a regular basis, and although it wasn't a cheap mattress it had started to develop a 'sag' in the middle. I thought very carefully about its replacement and decided to give a Foam version a try. I studied all the reviews, read all the pro's and con's, and settled on the Leesa PFD Mattress. Yes, it does smell a bit from, presumably the foam manufacturing process. I'm reliably informed that the smell will diminish rapidly over the next week or two. Yes, it's a warm experience sleeping on the Leesa compared to my previous spring loaded mattress. However, I'm impressed with the general degree of comfort the Leesa gives me, and I'm very happy. This is a mattress that wont be going back after a 100 trial, that's for sure.
