I bought these for my daughter to use at school for all of her assignments on the computer (she's in 4th grade). She is really happy with them- says they work well and are comfortable. She has been using them daily for 7 months and the headphones themselves still look like new. The cord however started shorting out and would only work if held held in a certain spot. I contacted customer service and they were amazing! Quickly answered my email and sent a replacement cord for free. I would buy these again if needed for another child.

We purchased both of our young children the JuniorJams due to the volume control. The size and fit are well suited for children 4 - 10. The bright colors and design were well received by my children and used them frequently on long trips. It has been two years since our purchase and my daughter’s headphones are working well and with little wear and tear. My son’s still look great, but unfortunately recently broke. I contacted customer service through their chat to see what could be done to repair or replace. While they are no longer covered by the one year warranty, they agreed to replace them at no cost to me. Their response was immediate and exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more pleased with both the product and the service provided. I would absolutely purchase them again. They really are good quality, my daughter’s continue to work just fine, things happen, things break, to see Puro’s response to any issues is what sets them apart. Congratulations.

Peut-être un des meilleurs casques pour infos. Bluetooth ou avec fil. Possibilité de relier 2 casques pour regarder la même tablette. Peut-être 1 peu lourd et tient chaud aux oreilles. Je dirai pour enfant à partir de 4 ans.

Expensive, but with premium materials

I don’t usually write reviews but i had to mention this.I purchased 3 puro headphones for my kids in February. All three of them worked great and seem well built and sturdy.After about two months one of them stopped charging.I wasn’t able to get back to customer service right away.After 6 months the other two were still in great working condition my son kept asking about his headphones so i finally reached out informing them about it. Customer service got back to me the very next day and sent me a replacement within a few days which as of now works great.I have to say i am very impressed and will definitely recommend these headphones to others.
