This is an excellent item. I know that there are others out there that are quite a bit cheaper but this is worth the extra. I love the colour (the cheaper ones are mainly black) The height of the handle is perfect (I'm 5' 4'') so no stooping which is excellent as I have a bad back. The handle locks in place, whereas some of the cheaper ones have a habit of collapsing again. This is very easy to set up and collapse down again. The side strengthening bars (stored in the base of the crate) are excellent for stopping the box from collapsing. This is very easy to either pull or push and if the handle is collapsed, it can easily be carried. Delivery and packaging were excellent too.

It feels a little flimsy, but we're 2/3 of the way through the school year and it hasn't broken. It still carries my books around when changing classrooms.

Really great trolley, good quality, very sturdy and a great colour......who wants boring black or sickly turquoise and blue?? We bought this to help with ferrying things from car on car park to holiday home and proved to be worth its weight in gold. Holds a lot, wheels easily and looks good. Then folds up slim to store. (Don't miss using the side strenghteners hiding in base or cart - but having said that, we noticed no sign of weakness without - but they do finish off the appearance neatly!) I've bought a couple of other similar trolleys over the years, for work and home use, but this is the winner so far. With the handle retracted, fits into car boot just fine too.

As a 93-year old I found transferring my weekly supermarket shop from my car down a steep drive in to my house a heavy task, but this excellent trolley has solved the problem. The trolley is robust, folds flat in seconds when not in use, and was actually delivered a day ahead of the promised date. The capacity is sufficient to accommodate my normal weekly shop in a single load, has a nice long handle (I;m 6 ft),and has nice free-running wheels to allow the load to be trundled into the house with very little effort. Absolutely first class.

I like the colour, but not as robust as previous wheelie boxes I had from Staples. I bought to use for work carrying brochures and samples into customer meetings. The extending handle doesn't clip into place well, but I get there with a few tugs and wiggles. The box looses its shape if I over fill and I worry the base will fall out, I should use the side supports but don't always... I lost a clip almost immediately - doesn't have the spring mechanism holding clips in place like my previous box. Overall does the job, but don't think it will last as long as my previous box which I had for 5 years!

I thought it had a lid but it doesn’t . Very easy to assemble but mind you don’t. Catch your thumb on the mechanism.

As an Art Student I wanted a sturdy heavy duty cart for my materials and files however this one has failed within a month of use. Cracked plastic around the wheel housings, the strengthening bars fly off randomly and I have now lost one, so one side bulges. The floor base is also cracked causing gaps around the base so small items could fall out. On a positive note the handle is long so you don't trip yourself up on it. However it was only good for a month! Now looking for a new one. PS I have a Lakeland Plastics one which is very good and robust however handle is not long enough!

Love this trolley! I'm a teacher so I regularly need to bring books home to mark. The box is large enough for 60+ A4 exercise books or 4 lever arch files and seems very sturdy. The handle has a button on the top so that you can easily put it up and down. Overall, it's great.
