Great for cooking at high temperatures, almost pure butter so no milk fluids. Tried it with some asparagus, seasoned with Himalayan pink salt and a bit of black pepper for 2-3 mins. Transferred it to my air fryer at 180°c whilst I seared a salmon fillet (skin only) in the ghee with some dill tips for 2 mins. Made a foil parcel with the salmon and ghee and added it to the asparagus in my air fryer. I got some cauliflower mash ( I make in batches and freeze in takeaway containers) microwaved it for 3 minutes until heated through. Plated it up. Got my salmon and placed it on top of the mash, then added the asparagus to the side of this and poured over the dill flavoured ghee. Absolutely amazing and only takes 10 minutes. It's also good for keto diets. Was a bit miffed because I was in Tesco earlier and saw it for £1 less. But hey, I'll remember that next time.

The real find is to use Ghee with onions.Mmmm, don't ever EVER fry onions with vegetable oil, ever. This stuff will make it sweet, it will make it just about right tiny amount of smoky, and it leaves the fried onions virgin to any acquired taste needed with the dish.Say, if you just make a decent burger, fry onions with ghee, put them on the burger and in 10-20 seconds it will infuse and enhance the meat flavour with onion and oil taste.Doesn't have to be meat, it carries flavour of any ingridient, vegetarian or whatever. Ghee unlike many other fats retains its steady, creamy low-key character in heat or chill.

This ghee is perfect for Indian meals. Taste and smell is great. My go to ghee brand.

Die Ghee Butter ist geschmacklich sehr gut, leider die Dose beschädigt (verbeult und offen)Müsste eventuell besser verpackt werden.Wurde jedoch nach Reklamation von Amazon sofort ersetzt. Danke für die unbürokratische Erledigung!
