Inositol is a good supplement. Has helped me deal with my mild-to-moderate anxiety (and panic attacks), and also I think it has helped with my inflammatory acne (so whiteheads, but not cysts, still working on that). I have inadvertently lost weight as well. No side effects for me (unless i take two capsules a day, but i am quite skinny; i get 'rash like' spots on my face). Overall a good supplement
