Happy with this product.
After my evening meal I sweeten plain yoghurt with inositol and add berries. Very nice, but don't use too much to begin with or you might have a windy night or worse.

Perfect, good value, definitely helps me sleep and reduce anxiety. Use small dosage otherwise makes stools loose (all inositol does this).

Definitely happy with this, I have PCOS and have been taking medicine for it and it hasn't helped me get my period. After I bought this, within 2 weeks I had my period and it made me very happy. Use with care and do not take too much.

Not for my sensitive stomach - excessive flatulence+painful bloating
I am so sorry for the 1star but the only short term"result" what I was experienced :EXCESSIVE FLATULENCE&BLOATING! I kid u not, I felt so ashamed myself bc the winds were constant and loud like an explosion!together with painfully BLOATED belly it's not what I looked for. I was hoping to try this for regulating hormones(Pcos) but needless to say I can't try it any longer with this side effects. MAYBE IT'S JUST ME! I have really sensitive stomach and digestive ISSUES from specific foods. The product itself dissolve well, the mini spoon is cool for measuring, taste sweetish like iceing sugar(with a bottle of water no taste at all). It wasn't so expensive and its a huge amount so if u hv a good digestion, I would say might be worth a shot :)

Great product - and it works!
I am really pleased with the product. It dissolves very well, but you need to remember the water needs to be slightly warm. Tastes nice. And it does work, actually. In the first month of using the product, I had proper signes of ovulation (egg-like mucus) and a very long luteal phase of 13 days! Totally recommend this product.
