After a heavy bout of thrush which I struggled to get rid off I learned it was the guy the needed care to prevent it coming back. I wasn't sure if these would make much if any difference but after reading the reviews I gave them a go. Within 10 days I noticed a good improvement in my stomach going from daily dioherra to almost constipation. I should point I started taking 3 per day and did this for the 1st month. Cut down to 2 per day and aiming to drop to one per day in the near future now it's built up in my system. I would certainly recommend. I do wish however the seller would offer a discount for repeat orders

I have only been taking these a short while and invariably only once a day! Its my memory! and feel the difference already. The bloating I felt which is the reaction I get from yeast products has gone done. I am not feeling well on heavy all day long also. I am dieti.g as well cutting get down on some of the products which I think. Does help.

Good antifungals. They definitely work, watch that die off, it's had me in bed for days.
