Excellent Masking Tape
Use to use standard masking tape.... never again! This is great to use, sharp, accurate, excellent sticking and easy to peel off. I would not buy anything else now. Only thing..., you pay more, but as the old saying goes.. 'you get what you pay for'.

This is great stuff!
Friends had recommended this Frog Tape, so when I had a painting project in our new conservatory/garden room I decided to buy myself a roll. There are various sizes available, but I opted for a 36mm x 41.10 metre roll which I think is a practical choice for most DIY tasks. I mainly used it around the window frames so I could paint emulsion on the bare plaster around them. I found that it was easy to apply and it kept nice and straight as I applied it to the UPVC frame. It has very good adhesion qualities, yet it still easy enough to peel off without leaving any residue. I like that this tape is strong if you pull on it, yet it’s easy to tear off lengths as you need them without having to mess about with scissors. I had this tape on my window frames for three days and found that it helped me achieve a perfect paint finish. 👍Incidentally, I also used pieces of this tape to hold up the plastic sheeting I used to protect the windows from paint splatter when I was painting a ceiling. So yeah, I can highly recommend this Frog Tape product. 🐸

Very good for straight lines.
I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this was compared to regular masking tape. It helped create straight lines for my black ceiling after several attempts with other methods. The tape removed the excess cleanly and was easy to use. But don't leave it on for too long as thinner paints can peel away after being dry for to long. The tape is sticky but easily moved if you need to adjust.

Best Tape for Clean, Sharp Paint Lines!**
The media could not be loaded. I recently picked up the Frog Tape Green Multi Surface Painters Masking Tape for a painting project at home, and I’m so glad I did. I had to repaint a few rooms and was really focused on getting those clean, sharp lines between the walls and ceiling, and this tape delivered perfectly. The biggest selling point for me was that it doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind when you peel it off, and it really lived up to that promise. I’ve used other tapes in the past that either tear the paint when I pull them off or leave a tacky layer that I have to scrub off, which is such a pain. Frog Tape left absolutely no marks or residue – just clean, crisp lines every time.Another thing I appreciated was how easy it was to apply. The tape sticks well to various surfaces (I used it on both drywall and trim), and it stayed put until I was ready to remove it. Even after a couple of days of being in place while I took my time with painting, it peeled off without any issues. No paint bleed either, which was a huge relief since I was working with bold colors and didn’t want any smudges.Overall, this tape made my DIY painting project so much easier and less stressful. If you’re looking for a reliable tape that doesn’t leave marks or residue and gives you those perfect lines, Frog Tape is worth every penny. I’ll definitely be using this for all my future painting projects!**Pros:**- No sticky residue or marks when removed- Sharp, clean paint lines- Easy to apply and remove- No paint bleed- Works well on multiple surfaces**Cons:**- Honestly, none! It worked exactly as advertised.**Final Verdict:**Highly recommended for anyone tackling a paint job. It saved me time and effort, and the results were fantastic!

Very useful
This tape holds well without leaving a sticky residue or being difficult to remove. It didn't remove the paint on removal (although had to be more careful on woodwork than on ceiling). Very useful!

I'm converted. Worth paying the extra for! (Don't use on emulsioned surfaces though!)
I ran out of masking tape while decorating and with no time to get the shop, I needed next day/prime delivery. I was reluctant to buy cheap masking tape without seeing it so chose the more expensive option based on fairly good reviews. I'm pleased I did!I used this to protect my amtico floor while glossing skirting boards. (Please note that the product states this is meant to be used for EMULSION paint and can have unpredictable results if used with gloss - but i was prepared to take the risk.)I got a nice neat edge and no paint seemed to seep through. Much better than the masking tape I used the night before!I will be using this to protect the newly glossed skirting and get a straight edge when emulsioning the walls. In fact I will, from now on, only ever use this when I come to decorate anything.Comes in a plastic tub, which at first I thought was unnecessary packaging, but actually it's good for when I stored it away with the decorating kit and I'm sure it'll keep the tape from drying out.I think the green tape is brilliant and wortb paying the extra for (over cheap masking tape) anyway.Update: having bought (and reviewed) the green multisurface variety, I ordered the yellow tape for newly painted surfaces.Oh dear. I would never advise anyone to use it on emulsioned walls or ceilings. I was painting a wall so used this on the adjacent wall that had been painted for 3 days and the ceiling that had been painted 10 years. The tape was on for under an hour.It took off lots of the paint when I removed it. I could touch up the newly painted adjacent wall because I still had that paint, but try matching paint to a white ceiling that has aged 10 years!! I can not face doing the entire ceiling so will have to live with new whiter patches, so that's a big disappointment.I did get a really straight edge though. So maybe it's best to use this on edges but then accept you might need to touch up just In from the edge when you peel off the tape. It's possible that it's ok if your room is very warm - mine was quite cold. Id read the hairdryer tip but didn't think it would be necessary in less than an hour.
