Overall, really impressed =).
A very well constructed product. Comes with a semi-rigid divider for making three compartments inside. Two side pockets and one larger front pocket provide extra space. I like the elastic straps on the inside of the top and side flaps of the main compartment, handy for airways if required. Would maybe like a zip closure on the extra front pocket as it is only the lid itself providing closure, havn't had it happen but could see bits of kit falling out of it (think i've filled it with kit that well that nothing will fall out!). But have found that the product as a whole is excellent and will fit a surprising amount of kit into it. More than you'd need anyway! Cannot disagree with the price either as it is at the lower end of the scale for such a good product.

Smaller than I hoped but still seems to be ok
This seems to be an OK bag. I have to admit it's a lot smaller than expected but in fairness this is my fault for not checking the dimensions which are shown. There is a decent amount of room but I coukd have done with more. Time will tell how well it holds up i guess. All in all my first impressions are pretty good apart from the small size. I would still recommend it as 8 feel it would still be more than suitable for most.

great bag i got this bag as most medical/first aid ...
great bag i got this bag as most medical/first aid bags look to alike and so i got this bag to keep my trauma kit in plenty of roomgood strong bag easy to ID in a rapid response situation heavy duty zips on side pockets can be split into 3 sections good for keeping things at hand ie vascular clamps Tourniquet face shield etc and around the sides of the inner bag you can place thongs i keep my needle and syringe kit there super easy to get to....shoulder strap is strong the front pocket is held shut by the clips so would not store electrical items in there as there is a small risk that it could become exposed moisture overall the bag is worth the price

Stitching on strap and buckles need to be stronger.
Good size, small Medic bag. Quite sturdy, but stitching came away on buckle, so needs sewn. Will reinforce other stitching at same time as I repair it.

bad design on straps
Overall a great quality bag, strong and well made. The inner sections are well supported and for the money it is great value. BUT if you fill the front pouch completely, and the inner section is also full, the front flap will still reach and the velcro attaches well, but the straps over the front of the bag are FAR TOO SHORT to meet. So I will have to cut them off, buy new straps and have them sewn back on all at my expense. Thus this bag is no longer such great value as I will incur more costs (£10 for webbing and clips) and also then have to get them sewn on. Pointless when they should be long enough to reach! Supplier wasn't very understanding and suggested I buy my own straps. Such a let down on a potentially fantastic product.

Couldn’t be happier! Brilliant
Used for district nursing in a very remote area and I am delighted. Enough space to carry exactly what you need without overdoing it and having far too much. Plenty of dividers and pockets to make it easy to use your kit. Side pockets are great for resus masks etc as quick access and very comfortable to carry! Fits well in the boot too.

Well made and useful size. Good value for money.
Seems well constructed from good quality materials. My only criticism would be that a few more pockets would have been useful, but Im very pleased with it.

Good for home/car.
OK, disclaimer: I was a paramedic for 28 years so I've used a LOT of bags. This isn't going to replace a grab bag for work but if you want a little something for a few dressings, BVM, etc., for the boot of the car, it does the job well. Simple, lightweight and easily accessible.
