Yes it can be used like Vick. It is very good ,can thoroughly recommend.

Can this be used with the red too?

We do not recommend using more than one Tiger Balm product at once. We always recommend using a product in line with the instructions for use.

Will it relieve pulled thigh ligament pain?

Tiger Balm red is used for te temporary relief from minor muscular aches and pains.

I noticed someone mentioned it’s good for migraines! Do you just put it on your forehead?

Yes I use it for Migraines. It decreases intensity to aid sleep but does not get rid of mine but I do have complex Migraine. It does save me taking tablets by making headache and sickness more bearable. Should of said it is the White version that works for Migraine and not the red.
