ManCave Conditioning Style Cream 75ml - Naturally Tame, Style & Smooth Hair

I have a bathroom cabinet full of different hair products, but this is one of my favourites.On short hair, a pea sized amount of product rubbed between your hands and applied evenly on freshly washed and dried hair really takes the fluffiness out of your hair, and adds a nice natural sheen whilst preventing those aggravating fly-away hairs that seem to magically rise out of nowhere. There's no rigid hold, and there's not a lot of weight, but it does (in my experience) tend to hold a style through the day. It feels very natural.It's also one of the best smelling hair products that I've tried. I'm not sure if it smells of whiskey, but whatever it smells of, it's ace! The masculine fragrance really lasts too.I absolutely recommend this, it's fantastic!

Been using american crew fiber, used all sorts of pomades, clay's and everything, but this thing right here is the bomb and most likely my permament styling product.First on all, it acts like a conditioner, so theres a bonus for not having to really buy a conditioner.Second, it has such a natural look and still being able to style it, it looks natural, but tamed, really interesting. It almost is like hanz de fuko quicksand special type of a product, that you don't see really on the market sold by anyone else.Third, it is the fragrence, it does say its whisky, but don't let that disturb you, it can smell like whiskey, but not like you are an alcoholic type of a whiskey, but this, not overpowering type of a smell. It is actually quite nice and while i really don't like whiskey and im liking it, so there has to be a connection here.I seriously recommend everyone to atleast give this product a try, really digging it!Thanks mancave for this sweet product :)ps. sad it isn't sold retail in Estonia, thank jebus for internet and amazon :)

Since my teenage years, I have had a bit of an awkward relationship with my thin straw-like hair that I (lovingly!) inherited from my mother and her side of the family! Whereas my fellow students in secondary school could just roll out of bed, shake their heads and simply wet their hair into place with some combing - sometimes not even a need for the latter! - I had to frantically find time to shampoo, condition and use a load of whatever wax/gel product I could get my hands onto in order to make it look like my hair was naturally thick and standing in the correct places!Now that I am nearing my thirties and the whole meterosexual trend has made male grooming products greatly more available to the mass population, it has been necessary for me over the years to experiment with these items in order to find what the right products best suits my hair variety and how to utilise these to their maximum intended potential.I have concluded that the best hair products to use for styling on my hair are either non-greasy waxes or texturising pastes that are intended to keep your hair in a firm hold/grip throughout the day, with an extra dosage of male hairspray added just in case. Now that we are in 2015, there is a vast array of these products from various retailers both on the high street and in specialist stores online, with several supermarkets and chemists additionally pushing their own brand of haircare regime product lines.I found the Man Cave range on Amazon as a recommendation after buying the 'Bed Head Moulding Wax' (a brand that works very well for me since first entering a salon for my first 'grown up' hair-cut), and their product line seems to appeal to the in-between market of consumers wanting high line male grooming items at a relatively affordable price.The Man Cave Conditioning Light Hold Styling Cream works very well either on wet or dry hair, and is a pomade that holds strong but can also be easily brushed out if necessary in between washes. It is infused with a soft whiskey fragrance (the product not actually containing alcohol), which holds a definite masculine scent to it, and is intended to 'refresh tired hair' as the labelling suggests - most certainly good for thinning hair such as the kind I have been blessed with!The 75ml container is more than enough to last for a good couple of months in my experience of using the product, and overall, I would highly recommend adding the Man Cave Conditioning Light Hold Styling Cream to any gentleman's haircare regime, along with other such male grooming items within the Man Cave product line/range - this includes their face wash, face scrub, moisturiser, shower gel and shampoo to name a few.

I absolutely love this product, I've tried loads of different things but I reckon this might be my favourite! Provides great control to the hair whilst still being lightweight, tames frizz etc and makes it easier to shape your hair how you like it. Smells great and leaves your hair feeling healthy and gives it a slight natural shine. I use it in conjunction with some argan oil and my hair has never felt this soft before!Definitely a product for people with medium to long hair. It's not going to help give you loads of volume etc but that's not really what you'd use this product for.I think this makes my hair look and feel great, and it's often on offer for £5-£6 which makes it an absolute bargain, which is why I keep buying it! Have recommended it to a lot of my friends and will continue to do so, honestly love it

I've tried most of the ManCave range - it tends to be pretty good, though I still think the scents they go for are far too "lets make a MAN smell" - I feel like I should be dressed in plaid and swinging an axe whenever I use their stuff.As for this "style cream" - It's fine, but not great. Firstly the hold - it's good for styling, but it really doesn't last long at all. Suitable for light hold only. It wears off very quickly. Secondly, every time I use it, I wash my hands and have this horrid greasy residue that feels like it won't come off. Not very pleasant.It's also pretty expensive, like a lot of their range. £6-8 for something that only really half works isn't great when you consider the competition. I've added an additional star because they don't test on animals, which is how I came to know the brand. (and why I happily pay the price hike over known brands that DO test on animals)If you want better hold and value, go with some of their other hair offerings - Matt Clay, or Pomade. Both were much better products in my opinion. I'd be unlikely to buy this one again.Average.

El envase que me ha llegado es el viejo, se ve que han cambiado la imagen, el actual es el de la foto del producto, y la crema no huele igual y la textura no es la misma que la otra que compré, no volveré a comprar este producto en Amazon.

Der Geruch ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ich würde nicht sagen, dass er schlecht ist. Was mir an diesem Produkt gefällt ist, dass es keine Parabene oder sonst welche bedenkliche Stoffe besitzt. Und die Lieferung war auch top.

First; I am not sure if I would describe the scent as Whiskey. Which could be a good thing, so you don't always smell like liquor!I have the found the product holds decently for a few hours, but with my hair it doesn't stay held. I need to use quite a bit for a longer hold.At the price, it's not cheap, it's not super expensive for a style cream, at around 15-20 bucks. Same price as ones you'd get at the hairdresser. It's certainly better than some of the other ones I've used in this price range, but not the best.I am uncertain if I would purchase this style cream again. I guess more use and time will be the answer, to which I would edit this review.

I have course, but thinning hair...so in order to get it to style well I've always had to use thick, sticky pomades and molding pastes like Crew Fiber. But if you've ever used that stuff you know it makes you feel like you're wearing a helmet. You couldn't just run your fingers through it if you tried. Anything lighter than that (like styling mousse and some creams) would just make my hair really flat and couldn't do anything with it.So I read some of the reviews and this stuff seemed like a happy medium..but the "light hold" gave me pause. I got some of it and after a couple days of use I can easily say this is the best stuff I've used in my hair. It styles and gives the same amount of body a thicker molding paste would, but is MUCH lighter...to the point where I can run my fingers through my hair and it will basically keep its shape. Also, my hands don't come out greasy or sticky.I will note that the smell may not be for everyone. I personally like it (it doesn't smell anything like whisky), and is a manly but not overly fragrant odor. I would compare it to an old aftershave like Brut or Old Spice...but doesn't leave you smelling like a booze hound or someone coming off a whisky bender (like some of the 1-stars that hate the smell suggest). Also, unlike most hair products, this smell will stick with you. I did my hair at 6 am and at noon I'll still catch whiffs of it. So if the odor is offensive to you, you'll probably not like it following you around all day.That said, this does exactly what I wanted it to do for my hair after a long (and expensive) search of over priced hair styling creams. I'll be a long time customer!
