The quality is really good and the bag is of a good size - I feel like my recent purchase will last forever.I've also tried using it to make a hair tonic to stimulate hair growth. While I definitely can see some positive results (loads of baby hair), the fenugreek mixture has a bit of a funny smell (reminds me of chicken soup) which sometimes doesn't disappear after washing my hair... So unfortunately I gave up as soon as I needed to return to work in the the office on a more regular basis haha

Wow.!! a lot of seeds for 500g. good taste but im getting sick of curries now.

Delivery was very quick. Fenugreek seeds are rich in vitamins,minerals and amino acids. It is thought that it helps lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels by discouraging bile salts from absorbing into the colon, while at the same time binding to toxins so they can be escorted from the body. I also use it in curries, drink the water that it is soaked in for hair growth and skin care. These seeds are a very good product that is cheaper here than anywhere else.

It's ok tried a couple of times

I bought this item to help my diabetic cat ( it might help reduce blood sugar levels). I make fenugreek tea, mixing a little bit with his food. He is on insulin, so I have no idea if it helps. Anyway, this is a great value pack and fantastic price and fast dispatch. I tried the tea myself. I love the taste, eat the seeds after brewing - no waste! Super quality ingredient that have helped step up my curry game!The bag is massive and enough for more dishes than you can shake a stick at!I store mine in an well sealed airtight container, and have had no problems with loss of smell/taste.Infact, I've had these open for a few weeks now, and everytime I open the tub I get smacked in the face with the smell of curry house!A brilliant product at a brilliant price!
