This tyre repair kit is brilliant! I've used it for the first time today, I only heard about it four days ago & ordered one. The hole in my tyre was probably caused by an object that was 4mm in diameter, which is alright as this kit works better with a screw/nail hole in your tyre due to the method by which you insert the implement that you're supplied with. I left my tyre on my car. It was the rear drivers side. Locate the hole, use the tool supplied to dress the hole, use the other tool that is supplied to push the rubber strip into your tyre. 'Follow the instructions' they're accurate! This kit will now remain in the boot of my car for the next time I need to do an emergency repair at the roadside. It is priced correctly and for me on this occasion it proved to be invaluable, I'm genuinely really impressed with it so I'd definitely recommend it, in fact I already have! I've mentioned it to friends & family and I've posted a link to it on numerous social media platforms! I personally feel that every car should have one in their boot as the foam ones that squirt foam into your tyre are rubbish. I'm personally going to buy some more as Christmas presents! 🌹

Picture this! You're stranded at the side of the road and have no signal to call a tow truck, you try to wave someone down but no one stops. But lucky you! You bought this kit for only a tenner on amazon and you can now rely on your DIY skills to fix your puncture. It's simple and easy and you can fix up to 15 punctures! Look down below for what area is safe to fix with this kit! No leakage, easy fit, great quality, and cheap! Top Tip: have a little craft knife of something to cut off the excess tread!

As other reviewers have said, this item is fantastic and is real easy to use but the strips can snap easily when trying to get them in, a quick 'Google' turns up a video of a guy fixing a tyre and he uses rubber cement, thats the key to it and the video is worth a watch just too understand how this works. 1. Dont be scared of making the hole bigger with the first tool. You need to use this quite a lot to get the hole big enough so you can get the strip in with the next tool. The hole will never get as big as the tool but you need the hole considerably bigger than the hole left behind after removing the foreign object. If you fail to do this the strips will snap when inserting them with the second tool. 2. Get the rubber cement mentioned above, the stuff you use with cycle repair patches, using this on the first tool to line the hole, and on the strip before inserting not only ensures the strip goes in easy and doesnt snap, it also helps glue the strip in place giving extra adhension. 3. Once its all in place, cut it level and give it a good half hour (in the sun) to stick and fully seal before inflating. So glad I came across this and used it instead of paying £25 at the local tyre shop, and it took less time than sitting in the local tyre shop waiting.

I fixed several punctures with this. It works well and quickly if you follow the instructions but you need some strength to push the plug in. I always keep it in the boot. It repairs very safely the tyres that a "proper garage" will refuse because they say "too close to the rim" but actually because they want to sell you a new tyre.

You get what you pay for however if you take your time with a file and smooth all edges it works well. And I recommend putting the pack on the heater vent for 10inutes to help remove the rope from the package. Overall good enough

Siempre he llevado encima, o mejor dicho, en el coche, la moto, etc. y me ha salvado de más de algún apurillo. Es de fácil usar: Barrenar el agujero, introducir barrita, cortar el sobrante y listo. Muy recomendado para emergencias en cuanto a pinchazos se refiere. Muy buena caalidad/precio.
