Just what I needed for a bit of unconventional DIY TV hanging!
This was just the job for fitting a TV to a cabinet with a few bits of oak and drawer runners. where a standard TV mount was no good. (I had to be as flush as possible and centre mounted in the space as there is a projector screen that comes down in front of the whole cupboard unit with about 5mm of clearance past the TV.)It had enough material/size to give me the options I needed.

Bought to use to mount TV onto TV stand missing mounting bracket
Bought this to mount my 40 inch TV to a glass TV stand. My TV stand was missing mounting bracket to mount a TV. The metal Bracket is about 2mm thick solid painted steel. lots of holes to fit various TVs including mine. Also all the ones to mount wall brackets I presume. I had to mark 6 holes on bracket to get drilled out so I could mount onto my TV stand. Came with a bag of screws of various sizes and plastic spacers that I used to space TV away from bracket and Bracket away from TV Stand. Solid construction would mount any size TV and Wall bracket without any problem.

Brilliant! Used to connect 100x100 Desk Clamp arm to 200x200mm TV (Samsung 40" 4K UHD LED)
Bought and used to convert a desk clamp arm mount (which was 75 and 100 VESA only) to attach my 40" Samsung 4kUHD tv (weight 8.1kg) which was 200 VESA only. The Plate itself is about 2 or 3mm thick so adequate for my needs and had no flex in it whatsoever during or since installation (three weeks now). I have no concerns over this now in at any point in the future.Result: Worked brilliantly.Picture attached of it in action. Would highly recommend.Install tip:------------------------On one side the holes are countersunk - I didn't notice this initially but refitted it once I did.I bolted through these from the countersunk side (using some bolts which think they came with this kit but may have been with the Thingy desk clamp, I can't remember) into the VESA100 on the arm of my desk clamp so the bolt heads would be nearest the tv, nuts were nearest the wall. The bolt heads on the TV side were then were flush to the converter plate. In my case no spacers of any kind were required (once I'd turned it round and used the countersunk side)I used the bolts that look like philips screw driver screw heads but have a bolt thread, not the hexagonal-chunky-headed ones, as you'd def need to use the included spacers then)I then used the VESA bolts to go from the wall side through the 200 VESA holes (all perfectly aligned in the plate I might add) and into the TV.

This thing saved my life!
I recently bought a 32" TV to replace a much smaller 19" one that was held up by a multi-angle wall bracket and I never gave it a second thought when I bought the bigger one that the bracket might not fit it, but lo and behold the bigger telly needed a 200x200 VESA mount in comparison to the comparatively tiny 100x100 mount that the bracket was capable of. I was loathe to take the wall bracket down as due to my house not having the best walls for these types of things, I'd put it up with screws and contact adhesive so it would be likely that half of the wall would come away with it if I tried to take it off, so I was in a bit of a quandry.I later had a brainwave and decided to see if there was such a thing as an adaptor plate for VESA brackets and emitted great cries of joy when stumbled across this little beauty. It does exactly what it says on the tin... Er, box... And it comes with all of the various fittings and stuff for you to get your telly up on a smaller mounting bracket, so I can now lay on my bed and relax while watching my bigger telly and grin smugly knowing that it saved me from the potentially hair-pulling job of putting up a new wall bracket.Absolutely spiffing.

Simple and effective
(After checking old wall-mounting was able to support the weight of new TV) added this to my old 100 x 100 mm TV wall-mounting braclet and instantly got compatibility with 200 x 200 mm VESA mount on my new TV. Simple, done in minutes and a fraction of the cost/hassle of having to replace the old wall-mounting.

Perfect for old 200 x 100 TV wall mounting
Likes: It adapts the odd shaped mounts on older TV's for the various but limited brands of TV arms and mounts that you can find in the nearest store, so you don't have to faff around too much.Dislikes: Docked it a star for having bolts too long for my particular TV so they stuck out and the plate would be too loose. (Am I being mean?) Lucky I'm a DIY nut and had something to hand.
