This product is a fake!The memory stick is genuine (at least from what I can tell) but everything around it is counterfeit. Product key, even the box! It looks like someone cut the windows flag out with a blunt knife rather than press cut! Product key is also blocked due to piracy. You're best off spending more money and buying a genuine copy from Microsoft directly. DO NOT BUY

Will not activate. Noticed that other buyers have had same problem. Returned.

Not a retail key and doesn't mention anything about being an OEM key. I used the key to install windows but it wouldn't recognize the key once it was installed to activate windows. It kept saying that it had already been used on another device which is strange since it was the first time I used it. A long wait on the phone with the windows activation key revealed the code was a "windows 10 downgrade key" which seems unlikely based on the symptoms and the windows guy was probably inept. Either way it was useless and I had to send it back for a refund which hasn't been processed yet. I would avoid this at all costs.

I originally bought this last year under the premise that it was a full retail copy of Windows for £140. When it arrived, the USB stick was corrupted but still worked, so I flashed an iso from MS onto it and installed without any issue. However, after having to reinstall Windows on new hardware, much to my surprise it turned out to be an OEM key. No where in the advert is this stated and I will be pursuing a refund. Do not buy from these crooks.

Error message "The product key entered does not match any of the Windows images available for installation. Enter a different product key." happens when installing from the included USB stick and using the code on the printed card.UPDATE: I completed the install by saying I didn't have a product key. After installation I went to Update & Security, Activation, Change product key. This allowed me to successfully enter the supplied product key. It now shows Edition = Windows Pro Education, and Activation = Windows is activated with a digital licence.I have since wiped the system and reinstalled using a freshly made USB installation stick. The process was quicker (the USB stick being more up to date) but the result was the same, an Education version. If that's what you want/are OK with, then this will do the job. I don't know if the install hiccup is a product problem or a typical Microsoft annoyance, but it seems to be surmountable without having to phone Microsoft.

FAKE! The activation key for Win 10 Pro won't work at all. I even phoned Microsoft customer support to be sure and they confirmed. You're much better off spending a little extra money for a genuine copy from a dedicated computer shop like Overclockers. Fortunately for me I was able to return and refund this item.

Be aware that this is not a retail copy as advertised. It is a generic USB key with a copy of Windows 10 downloaded from Microsoft (albeit a recent, virus free download) and an OEM key.

I wasnt sure what to rate this review as ultimatly i have ended up with a Windows 10 pro licence on my new bulid pc......so 5 stars right???No.If your anything like me you read the 1stars first so this info may be esencial.Getting an out of date Windows usb stick to work on a modern motherboard(especially when using m.2 memory)in your first build was/is a nightmare.It turns out that this was the only problem but it took hours to eventually work out that the solution was to download windows to a usb drive(THE ONE SUPPLIED WAS OUT OF DATE FOR MY MOTHERBOARD)and install without a key code(im not entirely sure if thats necessary but after messing around for a day its what worked for me!) And then a few hrs later good old bill worked out that the install was without a product key......I poped it in and im off!! Happy days👍👍For me the purchase was not a fake ....just out of date.(wish someone would of put a review like this up then wouldnt of spent the day thinking otherwise!)sorry of the 1 star post but after loosing a day to this it would of been a 3 maybe and consumers need to read the solution.
