Great product. I have worked my way through several of these tubs and recommended MSM to everyone I know. Unfortunately they have put the price up so I've changed companies. If you are happy with the price then buy this one. US manufactured and and lots of information from the company. it really works on joint pains. I am much more flexible when taking it and my skin (which is ageing) looks great. I even use it in my homemade moisturiser by dissolving some in warm water and mixing it with aloe Vera then Shea butter, etc.

arrived on time. neatly packed. using to supplement deficit in our food supply. can't really comment on MSM's efficacy as have only been taking for about a month. haven't noticed a reduction in joint pain or benefits to skin or hair yet, but think MSM needs to be taken for a longer period of time to see results. nails may be looking a little healthier, but it's difficult to determine if this is due to MSM or the - necessary - intake of freshly squeezed orange, lemon or lime juice to down it; it's bitter! will continue until the contents are used up. if and when i do see improvement i will update.

I don't think this is for everyone who suffers from arthritis. It made mine worse. I got to a stage after taking it of hardly being Able to stand or put weight on my left knee. I would try small doses first before buying a big carton like I did... big mistake... No idea what I'm going to do with it now.

I have just finished this massive tub of Kala Health MSM! It took me three months which means it is incredible value for money. About seven years ago my hair started coming out from the roots, filled my brush and just gently drifting out. Not too much of a problem as I had extremely thick hair, but as time went on it became a problem and was thin on the top of my head although the back was ok. I have taken a tablespoon of this product with a half teaspoon of vit c powder every morning in a smal glass of water, it does not taste good, but who cares, I am so happy, my hair is not falling out now it is actually regrowing and I will order another tub. I have tried loads of stuff, but I hate to use anything that is not natural and I did my due dilligence to find this pure crystal formula. I really recommend this product. I do not get any aches or pains either and am sure that MSM is beneficial for many things, perhaps things I haven't even noticed!

This is the cleanest, purest, highest quality MSM you can buy. I've been through several brands but this is next level MSM. Makes a huge difference to my joints and connective tissue. Increases flexibility and opens the body up for a greater range of motion. Great before any kind of bodywork. I take 4g on an empty stomach first thing every morning. I am just testing the product.. for 2-3 months now. I had been hearing a sound from oneof my knees that was quite disconcerting.. so have researched what could help knee health, and actually hear Tim Ferriss talk about this product combined with Vitamin C.. so have been taking half the recommended dosage with 1000mg VitC. In 3-4 weeks I noticed I did not hear my knee. After about 6 weeks I went for a jog.. I am still slightly overweight.. and wanted to test if there would be a difference. I could hear my knee after.. only slightly and only doing certain actions.. so I am happy with the improvement. It's been about a month from the jog and my knees are happy. I believe it is doing great for my knees, and would recommend it.

The taste is very bitter but effective and I use it in apple juice & smoothies.

Hace tiempo estuve investigando y descubrí que el MSM más puro que hay es el que se llama OptiMSM, fabricado en EE.UU. Antes lo compraba en una tienda online, pero ya no lo tienen y estoy super contento de que Kala Health venda este MSM concretamente, pues ahora lo puedo conseguir fácilmente de nuevo online cada vez que lo necesito.
