Very quick delivery! Keeping you updated from my previous review. It’s my third month of using this supplement and it’s really working for me. More energy, better mood, my injury has cleared up so I’m running again - and faster than before injury! Increased muscle - more motivation to do resistance training. I’m fitting in jeans I haven’t worn since before my first child 8years ago! So I’ve definitely lost some stubborn fat. This isn’t a wonder pill though you still have to do cardio and resistance training. I am finding I need to drink lots of water even through the night so sleep is disturbed. This might be due to late evening training sessions. I’ve not really noticed any changes in fine lines on my face yet. All in all though I’m finding it a really good product. Will keep posting reviews.

You can get cheaper products with similar effects, I mainly got this product to maintain a youthful appearance, but in truth biotin products are good for hair, with alpecin, then building muscles testorone and protein

I've been using genf20 plus for over a year now mainly for the benefit of more energy and it works really well for me when I take them as early in the day as possible. If taken after 2pm I struggle to sleep. I feel alot more energised than usual and get more things done. Haven't noticed any change in my wrinkles but it has made me lose weight and tone my muscles more when I do excersise. Would recommend to anyone with a busy schedule and enough time to go to the gym at least twice a week. It is quite pricey but we'll worth the investment when taken correctly.

I've been using genf20 for over a year now and for it helps me to maintain a healthy weight. I am now at least 7 pounds lighter than before I took this product. To see if it was the tablets that helped I stopped using them for 2 weeks and started to put weight back on.

it is very good , only sometimes it is too many pills to take, should be more concetrated

It is too early to feel or see any signs of improvement .i suggest you ask me again in a few months.The only aspect I found a problem is taking the pills one hour before a meal not always easy to arrange

10 out of 10. A real must have, after 2 days I started to notice my spine shrinking and my arms growing longer. Perfect if your going for the cerebral palsy look.
