I was really impressed with the guard. First of all, it looks reassuringly well made and designed. It's also very light and exceptionally comfortable on - the design means that it fits well and doesn't move out of place, even when doing ground work. You easily forget that it is in place, until it's called into action. I've caught kicks and knees and haven't felt anything coming through. It's also the most easy to use and maintain guard, in that you just pop it in the wash bag provided and clean it in the washing machine. It is a bit more expensive that other guards, but you really get what you pay for - it is frankly next level to others that i've used. It's a clean modern design, doesn't cause any restriction or discomfort, and offers solid, reliable protection. Once again, there are some things that you really ought not to economise on! Well worth the money.

What an absolutely amazing groin guard! I’ve bought lots of groin protectors in the past and they’ve always caused some issues from slipping or feeling uncomfortable by the edges catching on the inside of my legs. Bought this recently for competition and I can’t stress enough how amazing it actually is! Apart from the time to put it together it fits really comfortably, I couldn’t even feel that it was on, actually every time I put it on, I forget it’s actually on. It doesn’t get in the way of kicking, it doesn’t move out of place and not to mention the protection it provides, the rubber edges cause no pain at all but soften any blows taken. Always puts a smile on my face when I put it on!

I really like this product so far. It fits snug in place, but do not add friction in the groin area when performing kicks. Leg strap that came within the box was too short, but awesome customer service sent me longer ones.

Traditional Thai cups are known for being uncomfortable, whereas standard plastic cups don't quite offer the full protection you need (especially in martial arts). I purchased the Lo-Bloo as it appeared to be a great compromise between the two and having used it for the first time in competition the night before posting this review (Muay Thai fight), I can confidently say it fulfils it's promise very well. Although I (thankfully) didn't receive any groin shots, the Lo-Bloo was extremely comfortable throughout the fight and did not restrict motion at all. I was able to move freely and do everything I would normally be able to do while not wearing a cup, which is fantastic. Another great thing I found was that although the Lo-Bloo does come with leg and waist straps which can be customised to your won fit quite easily, the cup part alone was able to fit perfectly and securely inside my compression shorts so there's that option too. Overall, the best groin guard I've used so far. 5 Stars!

Takes a few minutes to set up with the waistband and leg elastics but is easy enough and fits very securely. The cup itself is very sturdy and quite a thick construction.

Does what you want but very difficult to get it all into the cup so if your bigger than normal get something with more space hard to cram everything into that little cup and not the most comfortable

Best groin guard I have ever owned. Would 100% recommend this to anyone, it's so comfortable I barely notice it when sparring. I do muay thai and it doesn't hinder my movement when kicking or move around at all, which I have experienced with other groin guards. The compact shape and innovative strap design makes this the most well fitting and comfortable groin guard I've ever purchased. Despite previously using the steel thai cup due to superior protection, unlike other plastic groin guards, I feel the lo blood provides the same amount of protection as any steel cup. I've been unlucky enough to take a wayward kick to the nuts a couple of times since purchasing this, but thankfully the lo bloo 2.0 cup has done a great job of protecting me! Not to mention it's an absolute bargain considering it's superiority to other available products! If you're considering buying this, then do! You'll never go back to another groin guard again!

Well made and has definitely saved me from some near misses during training and sparring. It was a bit confusing to put on for the first time but after watching a few videos, I got used to it eventually. Glad I got it.

La coquille est solide, grande qualité sans conteste. L'ergonomie est ok, pas incroyable mais très bien. Le hic c'est l'assemblage, la fiche explicative donnée avec la coquille n'aide pas vraiment et la vidéo sur youtube est erronée au sujet de l'assemblage de la sangle de taille, en effet lo-bloo nous explique qu'il faut passer cette sangle dans deux des trois trous prévus a cet effet. SAUF QUE, il faut en réalité passer par les trois. J'explique : a l’intérieur de la coquille vous verrez que ceux ci sont notés (1, 2 et 3) d'abord passer la sangle par l’intérieur dans le 1, ensuite la faire passer dans le 3 de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur, puis de l’intérieur dans le 2 et le refaire passer de l’extérieur dans le 1 (j'ai mis des photos pour essayer de mieux visualiser la chose) donc, 5 étoiles pour la solidité de la coquille (elle ce met bien sur le corps aussi, bonne liberté de mouvements, aucunes genes etc) 2 pour les mauvaises informations de montage :/

Esta es una de las mejores coquillas del mercado. Una vez que la has fijado, se ajusta perfectamente y no se mueve. Está hecha de plástico duro y los bordes que tocan con la pelvis son más blandos para amortiguar. El precio de la coquilla es elevado pero merece la pena teniendo en cuenta lo que proteges. Descubrí esta protección en una web que se dedica a probar equipamiento de lucha llamada fightquality. Esta es la versión de esta marca sueca de las coquillas de acero thai tradicionales que se atan al trasero con una cuerda, esta es mucho más cómoda por el sistema de cintas que trae. En resumen, si tu bolsillo te lo permite, no lo dudes esta es la mejor.

Ladies and Gentleman let me first start by saying, "THIS CUP IS AMAZING". The first notable quality is the silicone edge of the cup which really emphasises the comfort of the product for longer sparring sessions and no chaffing. The design of the waist and thigh straps really do make the cup fit comfortably without the cupping moving from positions or "slipping" in dynamic movements, adjusting the tightness is simple with a pull of one of the straps. The Cup itself does very well in negating a lot of the pain with being hit in the crotch, (note: most of the pain is negated but not all of the pain). In comparison to a metal thai cup the straps offer more comfort than the "String" up the crack of your glutes and the cup offers similar piece of mind as wearing a metal cup in regards to absorbing shock from heavy blows. On a final note, The price of the product is a bargain for a quality product. The maintenance of the product is quite easy as you can keep it in the draw string bag it comes in and throw it in the wash, which makes it easy to clean without wearing out the elastic and straps.

This thing is great. I’ve had it for quite some time because I kept getting kneed in the groin during Muay Thai. Never been hurt while wearing it so I’d say it works great. Would highly recommend.
