I have been buying these headphones for 2 years (multiple headphones, both types: normal red wire & the reinforced grey/black wire) and they ALWAYS end up breaking.No matter how gentle I am with them, wether I keep them in the bag everywhere I go when not using them, make sure I don't snag the wire on anything, put them gently in my ears, don't wear them when it rains even the slightest amount....they always break.A list of things that WILL, given enough time, or even a short amount of time, break! =》 One ear will stop working》 Microphone stops working》 The connection to the phone will become fuzzy and the slightest movement will create distortions in the sound and ability to talk to someone on the phone (it is not my phone as other headphones, that are years old do not have this problems)》 Noise will cut in & out of both headphones at the slightest movement》 The microphone will, for some unknown reason become quiet to the point of needing to shout into it for someone to hear you at all."So why the hell have I been buying these for 2 years?!" You ask? Understandable and reasonable question..........Answer = WHEN these do work they are the best headphones & hands free kit I've ever bought vs the price. The sound quality is excellent, ear peices are comfortable, microphone is clear & crisp & the balance of bass, mids & treble are great.I've just had enough of buying these again & again. It feels like a subscription at this point and I've had enough of these breaking. I've given these a chance so many times, thinking that I may have just got unlucky several times with faulty headphones, but the time has come to call it a day. The structural integrity & electronics in this product are NOT designed properly to serve the purpose they have been made for. These are like a car that drives amazing for 10,000 miles then falls apart.Unless you have won the headphones lottery and got one of the pairs that have happened to work for longer than a few months then I would give these a miss, or you can accept that they will break and keep buying them when they break.I wish they would fix these and make them a long term solution, as I haven't found any headphones that compare in quality WHEN they work how they are supposed to.

Wrote a cautious positive review when I was asked to review the product but now after a couple of week using them I must say the headphones are in the bin . Stopped working properly. It stops and starts YouTube as it wishes and worst of all when I sat on a bus home I realized to my shock that the utube video I was watching was heard by myself through the headphones but ALSO was playing loud for everyone to hear full beam 😫 something I never experienced before with headphones.So now I got my £3 old set and used it for days now with the same mobile phone and .......no problems whatsoever

Checking my order date I'm realising I used these for less than a month! The volume button snapped open and I tried to put it back into place but it didn't work. The headphones themselves still work but I don't really want to use something with the wires hanging out. These aren't expensive overall but to last only a few weeks is really really bad. The wire is showing signs of wear and tear so even if the button didn't break open, I'm cautious of how long these would last before unraveling and falling apart.UPDATE; I was contacted by the company to edit or delete my review in exchange for a refund. I never bothered to seek a refund as it's relatively inexpensive BUT I should have been entitled to a refund or exchange anyway considering I paid £17 in total for a product which lasted a few weeks. Ridiculous that I wasn't offered a refund as goodwill for their shoddy product but I'm offered one to make the company look good. Laughable.Be wary and pay attention to the critical reviews. Either way, photo evidence doesn't lie, so my review stays.

Great quality, great pouch, great fit, really good quality. Carefully used for a year and wires entering jack plug must have an internal break, now a crackling mess. The only other minor issue is the annoying paper caps that cover the holes have a habit of coming off when cleaning the plugs. Still a great product BUT be prepared to renew annually! Shame.

I have had these for nearly 2 years now, and the other week I accidentally put them through the washing machine. After realising my mistake and drying them out on a radiator for a day they still work! Perfect sound and all the buttons work. May be the greatest headphones I've ever had. as long as you look after these (and not wash them) they'll last you for years.

Wanted a pair of headphone to pop in the pocket for listening when I'm forced to take the bus and don't want to listen to other people talking rubbish. Got these, but not that impressed by the audio. Really bad audio range, everything sounds flat.Found a pair that I got with my Roku and they are 10x better. Shame as they look good.

They fit is ok but a bit loose. Never had this issue with any other in ear headphones. The sound quality is a bit tinny unless you shove them into your ear. I keep them in my backpack as back up for when I run out of battery on my wireless headset. They are ok for the price but for a bit more you can buy the Sony MDREX110APB.CE7. Still cheap stuff but more normal sound quality.

These earphones were really good to start with and I was really impressed with the sound quality. Sadly, not long after receiving them, possibly two weeks after using them, they broke.
