Bought this at a discount (used amazon warehouse purchase). I Didn't have high hopes, but for the price it was worth the try and I am super happy I did..First: It looked like a brand new item. Easy to setup and very comfortable to me. The seat isn't the softest but the firmness along with the ergonomic support really works. Feels so good to sit in and no more back aches. Listen, If you can find it for a discount in the amazon warehouse deals.. Give it a try!

This is a pretty comfy desk chair, I love that the arms fold up for convenience. DON'T even consider the cheaper version of this chair that is very similar- I almost did that and also glad I went with this one. The wheels roll easily on the floor, the cushion is comfortable for a few hours of sitting, and the mesh back is nice to keep my back supported and cool. The arms do fold up straight and the dont go all the way behind the back of the chair but it's not really hindered my comfort while using the chair. I had no trouble following the easy to read directions, everything came in the packaging and I had it put together in about 15 minutes. I am very pleased with it.

I now have two of these. The second one, that I just purchased, was fine but I broke one of the plastic casters when putting it together. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU if you request support. All they will say is "go to the hardware store". The reply to my email came in both Chinese and English. Obviously this is just another cheap reseller of chinese junk. Quality is OK for the price though.

This is not a flimsy char even though I got it real cheap (one of the colors was discounted but it came out beautiful). I got 2 of these for my home office and they were required some effort to put together because of the large bolts and because i wanted everything to be super strong for years to come. They run smoothly on the floor. Folding side handles is an advantage, too. All tools and bolts were good. The back is ergonomic, airy and comfortable at the same time.

I really want to like this chair. However, after using this chair for the last two weeks my back and tail bone have consistently been extremely sore. The construction and sturdiness of the chair is great and it’s easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it falls short in the most important area, which it providing support and comfort.
