Awful product
Really hated this cream, I bought after reading good reviews but for me it was awful, it stung my face, and it pulled and just came off and it also stayed greasy and didn’t sink in, so glad I got it at sale price I will never purchase this again

Strange Texture and Smell – Not What I Expected
I was really looking forward to trying this cream, but as soon as I opened the pot, I could tell something wasn’t right. The texture was unusual and nothing like other L’Oréal creams I’ve used before. Instead of being a normal white moisturiser, it was dark brown with a rather odd appearance. The smell was also quite unpleasant and didn’t seem normal. I didn’t feel comfortable putting this onto my skin, so I chose not to use it. Quite disappointed!

I’m not sure this is genuine. It smells awful! I’ve had this before & it had a nice fragrance, but not this one. I’m going to chuck it!

Not sure if legitimate
This product arrived in unsealed packaging with no hygiene “lid” that you normally have to remove before use. Due to this I was not happy to use this product. Has its really come from Loreal?

Dodgy Product
The cream smells like a different product. A lot of the cream is missing, there was no protective seal, and the box looks old and crumpled.

No seal
The packaging for the cream was open!!!!! No outer clear see through packaging ... All L’Oréal Creams have an out packaging of clear paper!!! The inside cream was half gone!!!! I want a full refund!!! All 3 creams had less then half the cream inside! All seemed to be open- not sealed!!!!!!

Wrong description
Brought 2 of these as it said it was day/night cream in the picture so a 2 in 1 cream ... when I received them they are just day cream. Won't be buying again totally misleading
