Don’t know what the bad reviews are all about - this is exactly what I wanted and expected. I love it! I did see the negative comments and was slightly concerned but at that price I thought it couldn’t go too wrong and I’m so glad. It arrived really quickly, I put it in the freezer for 2+ hours as instructed and used it to get to sleep. The mask fits perfectly, you’d have to have a pretty massive head for it to be so tight it gives you a headache (as per some other reviews...!) the elastic strap ensures its nice and snug but it’s got enough give that it’s not too tight. Generally just feels lovely on your eyes! And it got rid of my headache which is why I wanted it as I suffer from them a lot. Thanks guys!

I have dry eyes and this was recommended by my optician, I bought one from them and then a spare from Amazon at half the price! I cook for 15 seconds in the microwave, give it a squidge and then a further 10 seconds. Any longer than that and I worry about the sensitive skin around the eyes getting burned. I then recline on the couch with a quiz show so I dont need to watch but can answer the questions - I'm not very good at just relaxing lol!! Its very comfortable, very soothing, easy to clean. Followed up by eye drops. A hint - mascara - you may want to remove first, you will look like Alice Cooper afterwards if not. A star dropped because it just doesn't seem to retain its warmth for as long as I would expect.

Really good product, warmed it up in the microwave for about 15 seconds and it stays hot for at least 12 minutes, does start cooling after that but still very warm. Definitely better than warming a hot towel. I bought this for my dry eyes and it does sooth them. Also very comfy to wear, because there's loads of small gel beads inside the mask, you can mould it to your face so it's not stiff. One tip: giving it a shake after the microwave helps the gel beads to move around and distribute the heat more evenly. Would recommend :)

I was a bit worried after reading reviews of other products that they received an unbranded mask. Luckily this is a genuine Therapearl mask and it works as advertised. I froze it for at least an hour and then put a flannel on my eyes and then this on top. You’ll need a flannel or towel on your eyes first as the pack is too cold frozen and may damage your eyes otherwise. After using for about 15 minutes for a week, I noticed that the stinging and swelling around my eyes, and also the dark circles have reduced noticeably (from spending way too much time working in front of computers daily). I recommend this as part of some kind of plan to help your eyes recover.

I have only used the mask as an ice mask but I did think it was going to be a bit bigger

This is the best masc for eye relief! I use it hot but not too hot on my eyes to calm from dryness and photophobia and that was my doctor's recommendation. Unfortunately I cannot find it in my country anymore. Has been replaced byother product. All in all its an effective tool for eye dryness. I use it along with my prescribed antibiotics for my eyes.

I've been using a heat pad for dry eyes for nearly two years with limited success and decided to give this cool pad a go. I'm really pleased with the results. For the first time in years I feel I have found an effective way of reducing gland inflammation and itchiness. I have been placing the pad in the freezer which means having to gently flex it before wearing and leaving on for 15 mins. It fits around my head easily. My only complaint is that I can't get it into the corners of my eyes close to my nose. I have to squeeze it close but it does go back to its original shape. I wouldn't let that put me off buying it though. So far, so good. I'm now buying the full face cool pad to try over the summer, which I hope will help my sinus'.

I have very dry eyes due to blocked tear ducts. I saw this product and thought it was worth a try. Little did l know what an excellent solution it would be and how much it has improved my sore, itchy eyes. I cannot recommend it highly enough, worth every penny!

These masks are packed in a box that is smaller than the item itself, meaning they are bent and pushed into their boxes. Mine came with a leak where the bend is with gooey oil leaking out making the product unusable. So I received a faulty product but the seller organised a replacement so I can’t complain. I’d just recommend to inspect before buying one if possible.

Therapearl m'a été recommandé par mon ophtalmologiste il y a plusieurs années et c'est le second exemplaire que je me procure.Il est très efficace pour les problèmes de sécheresse oculaire. Pour ma part, j'utilise la thérapie par le chaud avec un résultat très satisfaisant. 15 secondes à 700w au micro-ondes (propre, bien sûr), 5mn d'application sans forcer sur les yeux fermés et c'est tout. Keep it simple. Je recommande vivement.

Avendo gli occhi molto secchi devo fare gli impacchi caldi ogni santo giorno, con acqua calda e asciugamanino era una fatica esagerata. Questa mascherina è stata un miracolo per me, basta metterla in microonde e il gioco è fatto. Io la scaldo di più rispetto a quel che dicono le istruzioni e tengo sugli occhi per 10 minuti. Mi migliora molto la situazione della secchezza, se salto un giorno mi accorgo subito. La straconsiglio.

I love this eye mask! It's soft and comfortable, easy to sleep on stays on well and has an adjustable elastic band. The blackout aspect is also great. I've never used an eye mask at night before so this was a new experience. The primary reason I got it was because I am struggling with dry eyes after my cataract surgery in April and I also have a fan going at night while I'm sleeping so this helps solve that issue. My eyes are protected and it helps me sleep better because even though I try to keep my room as dark as possible, there is still light coming in the windows and some small electronic lights as well. I would definitely recommend this mask for anyone
